Study On Fire Vulnerability Assessment Of Urban Commercial Complex

With the rapid economic development and the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,urban commercial complexes with spatial intensive and diverse functions have emerged from time to time,and the number has grown rapidly.As a public gathering place,urban commercial complex has the characteristics of large building volume,complex functional structure,high fire load,and complicated gathering and dispersing personnel.It is extremely prone to fire and has great danger.In order to improve the fire safety level of urban commercial complex and guarantee the safety of life and property of urban residents,it is urgent to carry out research on fire prevention and control in urban commercial complex.In the field of emergency management,investigation and research on a large number of accidents and disasters have found that eliminating the vulnerability of accident carriers can prevent accidents or reduce accident losses.At present,in the research of fire safety of urban commercial complex,there are many researches on fire risk analysis and fire management recommendations,but the research on vulnerability is relatively vacuum and urgently needs further study.Therefore,this article studies the vulnerability of fire protection in urban commercial complex.Firstly,based on the literature analysis,the connotation of fire vulnerability of urban commercial complex is clarified and the Evaluation framework for fire vulnerability of urban commercial complexes;secondly,based on the analysis of fire accident cases in urban commercial complexes,based on the system(human-machine-environment-management)and vulnerabi-lity characteristics(exposure-sensitivity-adaptability)Combined with the two-dimensional analysis matrix,identify the factors affecting the fire vulnerability of urban commercial complexes,and use the LIKERT scale for screening.The screened factors are divided according to the three dimensions of exposure,sensitivity and adaptability,and the vulnerability is constructed.Analysis model of sexual recurrence evolution;then,based on the analysis of vulnerability impact factors,a vulnerability evaluation index system is established,and a set-pair analysis evaluation model based on combined weights is constructed;finally,the established index system and evaluation model are carried out The practical application proves that the evaluation model has good applicability.The research on fire vulnerability of urban commercial complex has positive theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the fire prevention and control capability of urban commercial complex and improving the fire safety level of urban commercial complex.
