At present, China's technology industry doesn't have enough efforts in master the core technology, particularly the science park that rely on the process of urbanization and the characteristics of real estate development can not meet the needs of the developing new period, the science park lacks the pertinence to science corporation, these issues must be solved immediately. The focus concerns of this thesis are, how to strengthen the research and analysis of the market economy and an accurate understanding of urban development, how to develop in-depth consideration about the style of city and the Ecological Environment, to give the Science and Technology Park much more vitality.This thesis uses the method of system analysis, analyzes the various elements which effect the construction of Science Park from the inside to outside, including the promotion of national policies on Science and Technology Park, the characteristics of the technology park and how to make the design of science park to meet the industry focus and the needs of urban development. To summarize the city and Ecology characteristics of Science Park, analyzes comprehensively the functional structure of science and technology park, traffic, landscape and environmental elements; and how to meet the industry's sustainable development, science and technology park design into the urban planning and ecological environment, which refined and focused science and technology park on the significance of urban construction and environmental protection, trying to find the design concept of strategy to combine city line and ecological planning and the leading role in industrial development on the urban morphology.In urban and ecological basis, designers should continuously explore the design strategies of the science and technology park planning,and have to clear the mission of Science and Technology Park which is not just continued to lead the development of high technology, but also to create a new city life. |
