| The ancient water conservancy construction in China provides environmental and secure support for the regional settlement environment,and also forms a unique national landscape.The Impounding lake system utilizes the impounded water resource comprehensively to serve human settlements system and create the poetic urban landscape.However,with the progress of urbanization,this kind of traditional wisdom has been gradually fading into history,which needs urgent discussion and attention.The paper took ancient Lian Lake in Danyang,a well-known impounding lake system in Chinese history as object.From the perspective of landscape architecture,the paper researched the dynamic evolution and pattern of ancient Lian Lake landscape system,explored its intrinsic relationship with the regional human environment system by means of literature research,field survey,and graphic analysis,intending to bring exemplary and referenced significance for further research.Firstly,the paper studied the history of Lian Lake landscape system.Taking time as the mainline,the development progress was divided into several phases: start-up,foundation,prosperity,decay,annihilation.Through the excavation of historical events,the analysis was based on the comprehensive influence of multi-dimensional factors of natural basement,social economy,cultural transmission,political pattern,agricultural production,water conservancy construction.etc,exploring the deeper reasons for the formation,development,and demise of this impounding lake system.Secondly,the paper conducted the internal and external analysis of the ancient Lian Lake Impounding system.Internally,the paper researched its spatial type,unit structure,the dredging and farming process,the management mechanism and laws in the past.Externally,the paper started with the spatial and functional relationship between the lake and city,explored the spatial sequence of "mountainlake-city-canal" in the multiple dimensions,and illustrated Lian Lake as a supporting system of urban functions from the five aspects of agricultural irrigation,water resource management,water level adjustment of the canal,military defense,and product supply.Furthermore,in view of the landscape characteristics of the impounding lake system,the paper discussed the landscape characteristics,landscape culture and artistic expressions by poets of Lian Lake impounding system.Finally,the paper briefly summarized the core features of Lian Lake impounding system,and looked forward to the inheritance of the traditional wisdom in future water conservancy construction,as well as the protection and sustainable development methods of the impounding lake system. |
