Research On Putian Urban Green Heart Protection And Renewal Strategy Based On Landscape Character Assessment

Faced with the problems that urban sprawl and cannibalization of farmland and forests have caused urban ecological environment destruction and lack of traditional landscape features,China has actively promoted the construction of "Beautiful China" and "Ecological Civilization".The establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources ended the past situation of multiple land management,mutual constraints,and difficulties in implementing various spatial plans,laying a foundation for the overall promotion of land development,utilization,protection,and remediation.As an important green patch in the city,the urban green heart is an important part of the urban structure,and plays an important role in the improvement of the national landscape,the improvement of the ecological environment quality and the restoration of urban characteristic landscapes.Therefore,the research on the protection and renewal of urban green hearts has become particularly important.The research object of this article is Putian Green Heart,which is an urban green heart with agricultural space as the main body.In the process of urban development,it faces the problems of deterioration of the ecological environment and lack of distinctive features.Putian City passed the "Putian Urban Ecological Green Heart Protection Regulations" in 2019.The necessity of carrying out research on the protection and renewal of the area.Putian Green Heart takes agricultural space as the main body and has the characteristics of rural landscape.Landscape feature assessment is universal in Europe and other countries as an analysis tool for rural landscape protection.Based on this,the thesis constructs the Putian Green Heart Protection and Renewal System through the research on the theory and practice of the landscape feature evaluation system in the United Kingdom and the United States,and the research summary of the rural landscape protection and renewal experience in the Netherlands,Germany and France.Based on the research framework for the protection and renewal of Putian Green Heart,this paper firstly identified and described the landscape characteristics of Putian Green Heart,and determined the typical landscape characteristics of Putian Green Heart farmland-water network,litchi forest and historical village.Then,with the objective of restoring the typical landscape features of Putian Green Heart and exerting the function of ecological barrier,the Scenic class and the importance of ecological protection are evaluated,and the policy objectives of each landscape feature type zoning are determined,including protection development,optimization development,renewal development,and determination Guidelines for the development of various districts.Based on the development guidelines,put forward strategies for the protection and renewal of Putian Green Heart,including the landscape feature enhancement strategy for area adjustment and the regional vitality activation strategy for the construction of a leisure and recreation system,with a view to achieving the restoration of the typical landscape characteristics of Putian Green Heart,the improvement of the ecological environment and the activation of regional vitality and provides reference for the protection and renewal of other similar areas with agricultural space as the main body.
