With the continuous upgrade of the power structure and the continuous improvement of the technical level,the scale of new energy installations has grown rapidly.The composition and operating characteristics of China's power grid system have shown a new development trend,and the direction of power development has also begun to shift to a quality-efficient type.It is urgently needed for flexible matching of pumped storage to alleviate contradictions such as off-site consumption.At the same time,the applicable conditions of the traditional construction and development theory of pumped storage power stations have also changed,which has brought greater opportunities and challenges to the development of pumped storage power stations.Therefore,researching on the pumped storage power station and constructing a more reasonable evaluation system combined with the investment,construction and operation environment,so as to promote the improvement of evaluation functions and play a role,are of great significance for promoting the scientific development of pumped storage power stations.In this paper an evaluation index system for pumped storage power stations including environment,national economy,service functions,technology,operation and social benefits were constructed based on the method of the perspective of knowledge accumulation through literature analyzing and data mining on the evaluation research results of existing pumped storage power stations,which the effective information was extracted,integrated,optimized and reasonably innovated.In order to further reduce the subjective preference of evaluation,a scientific reference standard was set for each evaluation index.The subjective weights,were calculated by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate subjective weights,and objective weights were obtained by triangular fuzzy number method,then clustering analysis and conflict measurement calculation are performed on the calculation results to obtain the largest related group of group decision weights,which reduces the group decision evaluation conflicts.Then the optimal combination weight was obtained by linear lying weight subjective and objective weights based on the game theory combination weighting method,and which further reduces the differences between subjective and objective evaluations.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the fuzzy level of the power station,and an evaluation model for the pumped storage power station was constructed.BQ power station was evaluated by using the constructed pumped storage power station evaluation model,and the suggestions for improvement of the power station operation were proposed based on comparing and analyzing the rationality of the evaluation results and the validity of the evaluation model.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation research of pumped storage power station based on the perspective of knowledge accumulation can provide reasonable basis and effective reference for the construction and operation of pumped storage power stations.
