At present,the overall level of China’s manufacturing industry has been gradually improving.Therefore,many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are faced with the problem of how to enhance their competitiveness.Generally speaking,the current manufacturing mode of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is relatively extensive,and the ability to respond to market is still relatively weak.If we want to improve the survival status of enterprises in the current environment,we need to make corresponding adjustments to the quality,price and type of products.This paper improves the logistics system of the workshop by improving the layout of the manufacturing enterprises,thus reducing the production logistics,reducing the cost of logistics and reducing the price of the product.This paper mainly deals with the layout optimization of a company’s A manufacturing workshop.Firstly,the logistics related analysis of different machine equipment in the workshop is carried out through the system layout design theory(SLP),and the logistics intensity relationship between different equipment is found out,which can be used as a reference for the comprehensive related relationship of the later text.Then,we do some analysis on the non logistics factors and relationships between different facilities in the workshop.Then,combining the relationship between logistics and non logistics,we get a comprehensive correlation and draw relative position relationship.In addition,the specific area of facility layout is determined in this paper,which is a little improved compared with the previous system layout design.Finally,according to the relative location relationship and the specific area between different operation units,three different layout plans are made.Aiming at three different layout schemes,how to choose one of them as the final optimization plan,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the final plan.First of all,through the literature and inquiry method to get some initial facilities layout selection indicators,and then through the A production workshop staff and department leaders to carry out a questionnaire survey,statistics their results,and do functional statistical dimension analysis to select specific evaluation indicators.According to the selected indicators,a comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for selecting layout plan is established.The scoring questionnaire was designed to let the staff of the factory evaluate and score,and the details of different questionnaires were counted,and the weights of different indicators were calculated after processing.In the last three schemes,the weight of the first scheme is the largest,so it is the best one.Finally,the simulation software is used to establish the original simulation model and the optimization simulation model.Compared with the different simulation reports,there is no specific improvement between the improved scheme and the original scheme,and the optimization scheme is feasible.The final result is that the total logistics intensity of the optimization scheme is lower than that of the original layout plan.In a word,this paper makes a series of analysis,improvement,selection and verification on the layout design theory of the facility layout of A production workshop in a manufacturing enterprise,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the modern simulation software Flexsim.And finally,we get an optimization plan.In general,the system layout theory is effective for improving the layout of most manufacturing enterprises.
