Based on illuminating facilities and equipments configuration, technology parameters and layout forms, the present research methods of layout of facilities are introduced. The main means are SLP, SHA and computer simulation. Compared with these three ways and combined fuzzy theory with computer simulation, the fuzzy simulation technique is put forward.Take distributing warehouse of Nanjing area as study object, the paper models and simulates for the layout of the warehouse using ProModel according to fuzzy information optimize technology. Deal with the operation time of machine in the warehouse by using information distribution method and information diffusion theory respectively, the incomplete sample's distribution rules is educed. After analyze the distribution rules under different step widths, the author discusses the two methods'using conditions. By choosing the appropriate distribution rule as simulation input and simulating the distributing warehouse's layout, the inconsequence is found out. According to the evaluation parameters, the author gives the feasible plan which can improve the layout, reduce goods'waiting time, diminish the stock and enhance the operation efficiency.The study completes the modeling and simulation of work areas division and machines configuration for distributing warehouse. The modeling and simulation for layout of distributing warehouse based on fuzzy theory has some reference value for improving layout under incomplete sample condition especially.
