Application Of Lingnan Traditional Livable Strategy In The Design Of Affordable Housing

In recent years, the state has increased the macro-control of affordable housing, social housing security system has been improved for the huge number of low-income affordable housing, the successful construction of affordable housing for low livelihood security income people played a great role to promote social harmony. China is building affordable housing to meet the rapidly growing number. However, too fast expansion led to the construction monotony, lack of adaptive design and humane care for the corresponding area.In this paper, the object is living strategy of Traditional Houses about affordable housing applications in Lingnan. Research is based on traditional houses living model in Lingnan.Start from examples to explore the layout of the main forms of residential space model, the internal communication between people, traditional houses of passive energy-saving strategies,the living way of life in the limited space. Through literature reading, field research interviews, questionnaires, statistics and other methods to study the multi-angle, combined with affordable housing design features, both aspects of the analogy, to find traditional houses with affordable housing can be combined with the application of the section, and then summarized sorting out the ideal model of the Lingnan area of affordable housing designed for the Lingnan region to provide affordable housing redevelopment design principles and recommendations.Firstly,make the research object and target clear, provides a framework scientific for this study,then began to study.Secondly, the writer visited some affordable housings has been built in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,take the photos of the current situation of the use of the residential area, and analysis the scale of construction, planning layout architectural form, exterior space characteristics, human psychology and behaviors, the using conditions and other aspects of the low-income housing ettlements, collect the using experiences and suggestions.After that, the author collected information through the network literature, analysised and researched traditional houses and ancient buildings related in Lingnan, Comparison and analysis of the situation combined with research to explore traditional houses with affordable housing can be combined with the application of the section, and ultimately concluded that a scientific systematic.
