China's urbanization process has entered a deepening stage,and the functional center of urban streets is changing from accessibility to comfort.The slow-moving facilities,public facilities and environmental quality of the streets of the old city are incompatible with the travel needs of residents,and there are problems such as imperfect design and lack of humanized facilities.In order to reflect the fairness,safety and convenience of street traffic travel,and realize the people-oriented design concept,the integrity of the street slow space is becoming more and more important.At present,there are many streets that need to be renovated in the old city,and their slow-moving environment and quality also have obvious differences.The priority of slow space reconstruction should be ranked,but there is a lack of effective evaluation indicators and methods to judge their applicable status and urgency of transformation.This article combines slow traffic with a complete street theory,theoretically analyzes the passing elements and quality elements of slow moving spaces such as slow passages,crossing facilities,barrier-free design,street interfaces,and green landscapes.Complicated elements such as slow-moving features and environmental quality construct a dual-attribute decisionmaking index system containing real and interval values,and quantify them.The subjective and objective weight assignments were completed through group analytic hierarchy process and maximum deviation method respectively.Based on the principle of squared deviation and optimization,the decision indicators were combined and weighted.The extreme change was used to improve the reverse order and interval variation problems of the traditional TOPSIS method.Construction of priority decision model for slow space reconstruction.Finally,select Xihua,Baogang and Yueken Road in Guangzhou as the street project sets to be renovated,divide the road unit and data collection according to the characteristics of the intersection,and calculate the priority order of the reconstruction priority through quantitative evaluation and decision model calculation,And get the 5 elements that the street should focus on reforming,to provide a decision basis for the street slow space reconstruction,optimization and plan choice.The research results propose an integrated decision-making index system and decisionmaking model that integrates slow-moving demand,traffic characteristics,and environmental quality,to solve the priority order problem of street slow-moving space reconstruction,and to explore the key reconstruction elements of the street.The research results are of great significance for optimizing the allocation of resources,improving the service quality of slowmoving spaces,and promoting the humanization of urban streets.
