Study On Compound Optimization Strategy Of External Public Space In Existing Large General Hospitals

With the reform of national medical policy and the development of social medical technology,the hospital design needs to do a full range of "human-oriented" health construction.With the spread of complex concept under the global industrial informatization,hospital buildings need to undertake diversified services including medical treatment,leisure and business.The public space outside the hospital is the primary hospital environment for the public to contact,which has a direct impact on the image of the hospital.At the same time,the change of people’s medical treatment concept makes the quality of the external environment of the hospital get more attention,and the importance of the public space outside the hospital is increasingly prominent.However,due to the historical conditions of China’s economic and social development and the constraints of the past design concept,the public space outside the existing large general hospital is faced with the problem of lack of attention in transportation,function,space,cultural landscape and other aspects,and it is difficult to create a pleasant environment.How to realize the high-quality optimization of external public space of existing large general hospitals under the compound concept is an unavoidable problem in the construction of external public space of hospitals.Based on the realistic background and taking the external public space of existing large general hospitals as the research object,this paper tries to solve the current problems through the related strategies of compound design.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of external public space of large general hospitals in downtown Guangzhou,summarizes the problems and deficiencies of external public space of hospitals through examples,analyzes the causes,and preliminarily demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the combination.This paper mainly analyzes the traffic organization,functional composition,spatial pattern and cultural landscape atmosphere from four aspects,and looks for the relationship between optimization strategy and complexity,which lays a foundation for the introduction of complexity concept in the next chapter.The second part is to sort out and analyze the concepts and cases related to the complexity,introduce and analyze the complexity,and summarize the optimization focus and related principles of the complexity of the external public space of the hospital.Then on the basis of previous research,analyzed the complex relations of monolithic and technique,from traffic organization,function,spatial pattern,cultural landscape atmosphere composite four aspects put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,contains the external public space and the city,building,plaza,natural elements and cultural connotations such as the content of the relationship between the bulls and system construction of Guangzhou city center points optimization strategy of large general hospital.Then,through the relevant engineering examples,the feasibility and sustainable development of the compound concept in practical application are demonstrated.Finally,at the end of the article,the author summarizes the research content of the whole paper,and puts forward the further research direction of the subject,so as to provide reference for the optimization and construction of the external public space of the hospital in the future.
