Humanized Design Strategy Research Of Large General Hospital Outpatient Public Space Based On Psychological Demand Of Patients

With the development of the society,people’s requirement on hospital architecture also constantly improve.They are no longer just hope that the hospital can provide medical assistance function,but also want to provide a comfortable environment for hospital outpatients,to meet all requirements of patients with physical and mental.Because patients trust the hospital,they go to the hospital for medical treatment,they instinctively hope that the hospital will provide warm and reliable information,hope to get treatment conveniently and quickly in a peaceful and comfortable environment.This means that it is patients ’ requirement to create a cordial,quiet,sweet medical environment.Building environment full of humanistic care cannot change patients’ emotion,ease patients’ pain and anxiety from disease.It also has positive significance that cannot be ignored to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,to improve the efficiency of the hospital work and to create a more tremendous social and economic benefits.As the old saying in China: treatment should not be worse than the disease itself.In fact,most people don’t want to go to the hospital,even if it is only to visit relatives and friends.Currently most hospitals only meet the demand of the function for treating patients,the space environment does not meet visitors psychological needs,it will cause certain negative influence to the patients psychological,and it is very unfavorable on treatment and recovery process.As patients ’ main stay space in the hospital,outpatient service public space is the core part of the hospital building,so the optimization of outpatient public space environment is the key to solve this problem.This paper generally discusses the occurrence and development of hospital outpatient service.Combining with the related theory knowledge of architecture design and psychology,this paper specifically discusses and summarizes the psychological demand and behavior patterns of patients and its influences on hospital construction specifically in order to make efforts to create health environment that accords with patients’ use psychological.Combining the actual project that I participate myself-WuHu Business Center Hospital,this paper analyses and studies Implementation plan and the actual effect of outpatient service function on public space layout,traffic streamline,indoor and outdooratmosphere build plan which meets the demand of patients.The paper summarizes and concludes encountered problems and solutions in the design process of the project,explores the architectural design methods to satisfy patients’ physical and mental needs,hoping to provide feasible way for the future similar project design.
