Study On Humanized Desigh Of Public Space In High-rise Inpatient Buildings Of Large General Hospitals

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,the medical and health undertakings have developed rapidly,and the demand for medical treatment of the people has also increased.In this context,many large general hospitals have been reforming,expanding and building new buildings within the hospital.Due to the shortage of land resources,the architectural form of high-rise inpatient buildings has been widely used and constructed.It is the aim of modern hospital design to create a good medical environment,meet people’s physiological,psychological and social needs,and build a hospital full of"human touch".Then,how to ensure the high-rise inpatient building to solve complex functions,streamline and meet the requirements of high efficiency design,while improving the quality of indoor public spaces,satisfying the humanized design concept has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this background,this paper hopes to explore the humanized design strategy suitable for the public spaces of high-rise inpatient buildings.This paper firstly summarizes the research status of humanized design of public spaces in high-rise hospitals in large general hospitals at home and abroad,and analyzes the influencing factors of humanized design of public spaces in high-rise hospitals in large general hospitals,mainly including the needs and behaviors of users of inpatient buildings,human body engineering theory and the perception of the inpatient building public spaces environment.On the basis of theoretical research,the author selected some representative and typical high-rise inpatient buildings in large-scale general hospitals as the research objects to conduct research,and interviewed and questionnaire surveyed the main users of the inpatient buildings,summed up the embodiment of humanized design of the inpatient building public spaces of the domestic large-scale integrated hospitals and the problems exposed.Through the field research and analysis of the research objects,combined with the relevant influencing factors of the humanized design of the public spaces of the high-rise inpatient buildings,and the collection of excellent design cases at home and abroad,the author put forward humanized design strategies suitable for the public spaces of the high-rise inpatient buildings from the rational planning and utilization of the public space of the inpatient buildings,the humanity of the spatial layout,the humanized design of the spatial scale,the humanized design of the indoor environment,and the humanized design of the space supporting facilities.Finally,taking the comprehensive inpatient building of Wuhan Union Hospital as an example,using the proposed strategies to analyze the humanized design of its public spaces,and propose an optimization plan for the inadequacies.
