| The modular decoration application had been Advocated since 1999,the former Ministry of construction and the former State Planning Commission,the State Economic and Trade Commission,the Ministry of finance,Ministry of science and technology,the State Administration of Taxation,quality and Technical Supervision Bureau,the original Building Materials Bureau issued "on promoting the modernization of housing industry to improve the residential quality of a number of opinions".The requirements of the modular decoration for the first time by the highest administrative departments,with the continuous improvement of national policies and laws and regulations,the industry’s own application level continues to improve,the relevant supporting technologies continue to emerge.With the rapid development of the real estate industry and decoration industry in recent years.Modular decoration,the industrialization of residential this new comprehensive technology has also made considerable progress.Application of modular decoration not only improve the quality of decoration,shortening decoration period,saving decoration materials,reducing the cost of renovation,but also reducing the energy consumption in the process of renovation,water consumption and reduce noise,dust and solid waste emissions,to achieve green renovation project implementation process.The application of the main module is the decoration enterprises,comprehensive promotion of enterprises in the internal decoration of the module,the bottleneck problems in new technology,supply chain management,budget management,marketing promotion,the bottleneck of the largest source of organizational structure in the enterprise,in the formation of the traditional mode of production and information communication mode the organizational structure of enterprises can adapt to the modular decoration is a new production mode and information communication mode.This paper focuses on the bottleneck problems of implementation modular decoration in the Jcompany.It studied the practices of advanced enterprises of China and abroad.Combining the organization management environment and resource conditions of J Company,to diagnosis modular decoration problems and explore the ways of problem-solving.Firstly,Through reading relevant literatures and analyzing the modular decoration cases,the key constraints encountered by the modular decoration in the industry are summarized: 1)The enterprise’s demand analysis technology and support system are not matched well;2)The coding technology based on modular decoration;3)Supplier product configuration management needs to be perfected.Based on these problems,this thesis conducted the organizational level diagnosis on internal and external business environment,proposed management implementations for modular decoration in J company.I expected this study would improve the organizational effectiveness of J company,improve product quality,reduce the overall cost of operations.Thereby it could provide a theoretical basis and reference for the decoration industry. |
