Research On The Standardization Design Of Indemnification Housing Under The Background Of Industrialization

Housing security has always been one of the major issues concerning people’s livelihood in China.With the continuous rise of commodity housing prices in China’s big cities,more and more urban low-income groups and young people are unable to afford commodity housing to solve their housing problem.Affordable housing supply has become one of the important measures to effectively solve the housing problem.In recent years,housing industrialization has become a key development object in China because of its advantages of improving housing quality.Affordable housing construction gap is huge,Affordable housing industrialization is very necessary to accelerate its construction,Affordable standardized design is the premise condition of the industrialization process,therefore it deserves careful study.Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of affordable housing in China,this article finds that there are still some problems such as unreasonable functional space design and standardized design can not guide industrialization well.Because of its low degree of standardization,every project in the industrialization of affordable housing is an individual case,which directly affects the industrialization level of affordable housing in China.Therefore,it has certain reference value and practical significance to study the affordable housing standardization design adapted to the industrialization technology at the present stage in China to solve the problems in the construction of affordable housing in China.First of all,through the analysis of the status quo of affordable housing in China,this article finds that: 1.The low level of standardization of affordable housing is the main reason for its unreasonable functional space.2.The poor coordination between the standardization and industrialization of indemnification housing is the main reason that its standardized design can not guide the industrialization implementation.Secondly,based on the modular coordination and ergonomics of affordable housing,this article studies the standardized design of affordable housing from three aspects of plane,facade and parts.Plane includes the standardized design of functional modules,living units and single buildings.Facade including from doors and Windows,balcony board,air conditioning board and facade style standardized design research;Parts including toilet,kitchen,stairs,internal partition wall and ground and other parts of the standardized design research.Thirdly,this article summarizes the principle of coordination between affordable housing standardized design and industrialization,and studies the coordination between affordable housing standardized design and industrialization from the plane,facade and parts of affordable housing by referring to foreign experience of coordination between standardized design and industrialization.In order to reduce the types of prefabricated parts in the industrialization construction of indemnification housing and reduce the cost,the problem of single facade form caused by industrialization production can be solved by the diversified combination of balconies,exterior wall panels,exterior Windows and air conditioning units in indemnification housing.Through the flexible design of space and interior parts,it solves the problem of reducing the type of house brought by industrialization coordination and failing to meet the use requirements of various types of families.Finally,the article tests the standardization design of affordable housing and its coordination between standardization and industrialization through practical cases.In conclusion,this article through to the present situation of affordable housing research after analyzing the existing problems in terms of standardization and industrialization,based on the modular coordination and ergonomics hierarchical build the standardization of affordable housing design,at the same time,from the perspectives of design and construction of double standardized design and affordable housing industrialization coordination method is proposed,Hope to provide ideas and methods for the construction of indemnificatory housing in China.
