| With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization,construction industry has become an important production sector to promote the national economy.As the largest building type in China,residential building consumes a lot of non renewable resources in the process of building material production,construction and use,which has caused serious damage to our living environment and brought various difficulties and crises to human beings.Since the reform and opening up,China’s people’s economic level has been improving,people’s demand for a good living environment is also increasing,and the traditional extensive production mode of our country can not meet people’s demand for more attention to the quality of living space.The development of housing construction industrialization and the transformation of housing industry have become the inevitable trend of the development of the times.As an independent unit of residential buildings,the level of design and construction of residential parts is directly related to the efficiency and quality of residential construction,and it is the technical basis for the industrial development of residential buildings and the key factor for the transformation of residential industry.The kitchen part is one of the parts which are frequently used and highly integrated.The reasonable degree of its design is related to the performance and quality of the whole house,and it is the key point of the house design.At the same time,the kitchen part is also the part with the largest product density in the middle of the house,which focuses on the construction,decoration,water,electricity,ventilation,heating and other disciplines,and is also one of the difficulties in the design of the house.This paperselects kitchen components for research,which has certain practical significance and practical value in the development of housing industrialization today.I hope that the research results of this paper can provide certain design reference and technical support for the design of integral kitchen in the future industrial housing,achieve sustainable development,improve people’s living quality,and promote the development process of housing industrialization in China.Starting from the development process of the kitchen parts of urban residence in China,this paper systematically combs the changes and characteristics of the kitchen parts of urban residence in China under the background of housing industrialization,including the creation period,exploration period and development period,and looks forward to the future development trend.The kitchen components of urban residential buildings have no relationship with each other from various items and components,and gradually develop towards the direction of integrated overall kitchen.At the same time,the integrated design foundation of the whole kitchen is studied.Through the thinking of integration and modularity,the whole kitchen is disassembled in modularity,and the integrated design premise of the whole kitchen,namely the relevant specifications,is combed.Then through the design of questionnaires and field visits,this paper makes an in-depth research and Analysis on the kitchen operation behavior of urban household in China,the market situation of kitchen parts,the integration situation of kitchen parts and the status of the whole kitchen parts customization process.It has an overall grasp of the current situation of the existing kitchen parts system in China and the design requirements of the overall kitchen in the future industrial housing.It also discusses the integrated design methods and Strategies of the integral kitchen parts,including the integration of the integral kitchen parts,the modular coordination strategy of the modular system and the standardized and diversified design methods.It summarizes and puts forward the development ways of the integral kitchen parts in the future,so as to provide certain design reference and technical support for the design of the integral kitchen in the future industrial housing. |
