Research On Spatial Planning Of New Industrial City Based On Compact City Theory

Industrial new town is an advanced model leading the development,construction and overall operation of the industrial zone.Through the development concept of "prospering the city with industry,bringing industry with city,building industry and city together,integrating urban and rural areas,and developing together",the industrial promotion and the development and operation of the new town are organically integrated to realize the perfect combination of the city and the park.In the demand of new economy,new industry and new era,the orientation of industrial new town has gradually changed from production base to service-oriented production base,which is highlighted by the fact that regional service industry with R & D incubation,science and technology finance and other functions has gradually replaced largescale production and residential development,mainly reflected in the high-end level of facility service,high standardization of space environment construction and regional production Platform of production organization.At the same time,the spatial mode of industrial new town has gradually changed from closed to open,which is manifested in the gradual emphasis on strengthening the open system of regional integration.However,at this stage,there is a lack of overall planning among the industrial sectors of the new industrial city,the spatial planning and construction cannot meet the spatial needs of the industrial upgrading of the new industrial city,the service supporting facilities cannot meet the development and upgrading of the new industrial city,the poor quality of the ecological environment and other issues,which restrict the upgrading and iteration of the new industrial city.The theory of compact city emphasizes the compactness and efficiency of urban interior space,which makes up for the short board of the development of new industrial city and becomes an important way to solve the problem.We will make the production space,living space and ecological space more reasonable,and build a new industrial city that is intensive,efficient,livable,and beautiful.Based on the analysis of the spatial development and planning status of the industrial new town,this paper studies the spatial development trend and core dimensions of the industrial new town,puts forward the overall principles and methods of the spatial planning of the industrial new town,and establishes a "four-dimensional integrated" spatial management and control system,which analyzes and summarizes the urban form,land layout,public service facilities,transportation system and ecological environment.Finally,Guangzhou Knowledge City is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of "four-dimensional integration" space management and control system.This paper is divided into four parts,total five chapters: the first part is the first chapter introduction and the second chapter industrial new town and compact city theory related research review,is the basic research part of the paper,including industrial new town and compact city theory related research review.The second part is the third chapter: analysis of the current situation of industrial new town space and the refinement of compact city theory.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current problems,causes and spatial development trend of the industrial new city,and through the refinement and extension of the compact city theory,puts forward the spatial development strategy of the industrial new city based on the compact city theory.The third part is the analysis of the spatial planning of the industrial new town and the research of the spatial planning of the compact industrial new town,and puts forward the general principles and methods of the spatial planning of the compact industrial new town,and establishes the spatial management and control system of "four-dimensional integration".At the same time,combined with the core evaluation index of the compact industrial new town,the paper further demonstrates the scientificity and operability of the "four-dimensional integration" spatial management and control system of the industrial new town based on the compact city theory.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which is the practice of the compact city theory in the spatial planning of the industrial new town.Taking Guangzhou Knowledge City as an example,this paper expounds the application of the spatial management and control system of the compact industrial new town in detail.Finally,through the implementation,it tests the viewpoints and the management and control system proposed in the fourth chapter.
