Since the reform and opening to the outside world,China has witnessed rapid social and economic development and people’s living standards.On this basis,people have higher pursuit of quality of life,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of the home environment.As one of the main household decoration materials,ceramic tile has greatly increased its demand.Tile industry has also attracted a period of rapid development.However,the current domestic ceramic tile enterprises are facing environmental pressure,lack of resources,the homogenization of production,channel dispersion,increased operating costs,the operating profit,first-line brand demand,two or three line brand hard,strong and many other development dilemma.In this context,@ chain tile project ’aims to explore a new brand business model of "light assets,light investment,light costs,quick output,quick return,multi win".This project uses the network to carry on the investment,uses the network to propagandize,promotes,carries on the demonstration and the experience with the AR,the VR technology,uses the hypostatic shop floor to sell the service,on-line and offline interaction.And then to create an open,many resources converge partner innovation platform,with a new business model to promote the development of ceramic tile industry.This article uses the business plan style to write,first of all reviewed the project related to strategic management,marketing,financial management and other related theories.On this basis,through the "chain tile" project for commercial planning,the main demonstration of its operating environment,operations,investment returns and risk measures.On this basis,as an investment plan for investors to invest in weighing decisions.In this paper,after the introduction of the research background and significance,firstly uses the PEST model and five forces model analyzes the environment @ chain tile project,and uses SWOT method to analysis the possible threaten strengths weaknesses and external opportunities,the implementation of the project.Secondly,in the clear @ chain tile project development plan,product type and business profit model,refinement of the project operation organization structure.Thirdly,using the STP theory in marketing,I put forward the market positioning and marketing strategy of this product.Finally,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk was carried out by using the method of factor sensitivity analysis,and the countermeasures were expounded.Return on investment analysis showed that the investment to 50 million yuan as @ tile tile project landing start-up funds,to self financing and venture capital acquisition.After all the indicators of the static profitability of the project have been passed,we further calculate the dynamic profitability indicators related to the time value of the investment capital.Through the capital asset pricing model(CAPM),the capital cost of the project is 9.74%.The net present value(NPV)of the project is 37 million 648 thousand and 500 yuan,and the internal rate of return(IRR)is 34.3%.Visible,the project returns considerable investment.Overall,the overall risk of the project is controllable,and the investment returns are high quality investment projects.
