The Study On Linkage Development Of Dong Villages In Modern Dong Kuan

With the deepening of economic globalization and global integration,regional cooperation and linkage has gradually become a global phenomenon of economic development and spatial development.The global regional linkage spreads from developed countries to developing countries,and shows a trend from urban to rural areas.Since reform and opening up in China,the innovation of regional development strategy and policy,increasingly attention to the development of rural areas,such as 2016 on the implementation of regional development strategy to promote the coordinated development of regional guidance pointed out that in addition to speed up the construction of urban agglomeration development,also need to support the development of special type area transformation,vigorously implement the strategy of poverty alleviation engines.We will promote the healthy development of ethnic minority areas,increase financial input and support,improve infrastructure,improve the ability to provide basic public services,foster and develop competitive industries and economies with distinctive features,and further strengthen two-way support and assistance.For another example,in the construction of new socialist countryside,a series of rural construction campaigns such as "beautiful countryside","characteristic town","rural memory project" and "rural revitalization" were developed.From "beautiful countryside" to "beautiful countryside group",under the development tide of the new round of rural revitalization,it will usher in a new high tide of rural regional linkage planning and development practice.In addition,the national strategic plan for rural revitalization(2018-2022),issued by the office of the leading group for rural affairs of the CPC central committee in 2018,also made clear that efforts should be made to promptly formulate local plans and special plans or programs,and promote the formation of a strategic planning system for rural revitalization that integrates urban and rural areas,integrates different regions and integrates multiple plans.Based on the above background,in order to protect the dong culture,promote the development of small,poor and scattered dong villages,promote the national poverty alleviation work and rural revitalization work to further deepen and win.Based on the research on the modernization of dong nationality culture,this paper constructs a targeted linkage development system of dong villages according to the linkage subject,linkage elements and internal linkage logic.First of all,the research literature and practice cases in the last decade were studied and summarized to explore the development trend of related research.Thirdly,by analyzing the causes,form structure,changes and modern new value of dongnationality culture,this paper demonstrates that the regional linkage concept implied in the new dong nationality culture has an enlightening effect on the development of dong nationality villages,and puts forward the general idea of regional linkage development of dong nationality villages under the new dong nationality concept.Finally,combining with the current situation of villages in sanbaishuikou district,liping county,this paper proposes a specific strategy for the regional linkage development of dong villages in sanbaishuikou district from the perspectives of governance,industry,network,resources,culture and ecology,so as to promote the development and construction of isolated villages to open up.
