From the experience of Shenzhen, Shanghai and other cities, sub-regional planning and control module planning are introduced into the planning systems of Tianjin, so, the urban planning system level is expanded, full and effective coverage of the planning is realized, and urban-rural integration and regional coordination are effectively protected, thereby, a urban-rural planning system suiting to the development characteristic of Tianjin could be constructed. Finally, according to the demand of planning work, some items need to realize urban-rural planning system with Tianjin characteristic are advanced, such as law support, technique support, system support and so on, and the focus of the work in the near future is put forward demonstrably.
