Study On Rural Planning And Development Under Regional Linkage

The benign and healthy development of the countryside is of great significance to promote the stability of the country and society.With the emphasis on rural construction planning in the national and social sectors,a diversified rural development model has been gradually formed.The concept of regional linkage development has been paid more and more attention in the economic and social development in recent years,and has been placed prominently.The interregional linkage and district linkage have gradually broken the traditional administrative barriers of our country,and it realized the integration and intensive development of resources in multiple dimensions.under the background of the regional co-ordination and rural diversified development,this research has focused on "region linkage" and "rural planning" two core concepts,explores the rural planning and development in the region linkage,mainly from the following several aspects to study:The first part first introduces the research background,significance and the theoretical basis,and through consulting a large number of data,analysis and sorting the nearly 10 years home and abroad document literature.including the content of regional linkage,rural construction planning and rural planning under the regional linkage.The second part discussed the linkage content and linkage path from multiple perspectives through industrial linkage,cultural linkage,spatial linkage,ecological linkage and administrative linkage five factors.This paper puts forward the five-in-one frame which take industrial linkage as the core,take cultural linkage as the link,take spatial linkage as the carrier,take ecological linkage as the benchmark,take administrative linkage as the guaranteed.The third part put the regional linkage concept into the rural planning and development,respectively from three aspects: goals,principles and implementation path to study the general thought of rural planning under the regional linkage,providing the theoretical basis and detailed thinking for similar regions.Fourth part take the actual project(regional linkage concept was adopted to realize ruraldevelopment)as an example,from industry,culture,space,ecology,politics five linkage elements,to analysis entirely and deeply how to achieve healthy and orderly development in rural areas under regional linkage concept.In the meantime,through introducing the development of the planning and implementation three years later,the rural development of regional linkage has been shown to promote the local and surrounding areas.With the implementation of the national strategy and policies,the regional linkage development model will play an important role in wider and deeper scope,the future of the country is bound to be integrated into the regional coordination and linkage.This paper though the study in the theory and practice of rural planning and development,put forward“the five linkage are one” model innovation,in order to inject new blood and provide new way of thinking for the rural development.
