New urbanization has achieved indelible achievements since it was proposed in2014.At the end of 2019,the urbanization rate of China's permanent population exceeded 60%,the speed of urbanization increased steadily,and the level of urbanization gradually increased.Based on the national conditions of China's major agricultural country,the construction and development of villages is the most important part of the development of new urbanization.Different from the traditional urbanization,the new urbanization emphasizes the development concept of "people-oriented",more is the development method of urbanization on the spot,abandon the traditional extensive use of land and resources,we must coordinate and optimize the urban land space planning,industrial layout and Population distribution,enhance sustainable development capacity,and build a modern living environment that is livable,liveable,full of characteristics,and full of vitality.The economic development of Bashang area is backward,but it also takes into account the important functions of the capital water conservation area and the western ecological conservation area in the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.At present,the distribution of residential areas is scattered and the villages are relatively small.The villages are hollowed out seriously.The proportion of hollow villages has reached 47.5%.The population is seriously aging.The idle homesteads are not used,and the new housing is still expanding;The extensive grazing planting mode that encroaches on cultivated land and makes it unrestrained makes the already fragile ecological environment more difficult to recover.Many problems have emerged in the process of site selection for actual village integration and construction,which deserves our attention.The process of village integration violates natural development;it ignores the “geographical relationship”between residents and places of residence,making some village elderly people prefer to live on the original site Reluctant to relocate;failure to consider the development of village construction land makes the site selection site small in scale and has many restrictions that make it difficult for the village to develop in the future.This paper summarizes the influencing factors of site selection by summarizing the development of site selection concepts in domestic literature and the progress of foreign modern human settlement concepts,and analyzing the impact of unique climate and geography on the site selection in Bashang area,and studying the impact of new urbanization on village integration site selection Requirements,combined with the problems in the practical case,summarize the natural and geographical factors,economic development factors,social and human factors,and policy-oriented factors that affect the integrated site selection of villages in the Bashang area.By constructing a suitability evaluation system for the integrated site selection of villages in the Bashang area,the problems in the site selection of integrated village construction in the renovation of "hollow villages" in Guyuan County are analyzed,and the actual cases are optimized.And provide meaningful reference guidance for the site selection of integrated construction of villages in Bashang area.
