Urban diseases are mainly manifested in traffic congestion,environmental pollution,heat island effect and so on.These problems seriously affect the daily life and work of urban residents and restrict the operation and development of cities.Carbased development model is one of the main reasons why urban diseases are becoming more and more serious.This kind of urban development mode not only satisfies the development speed,but also brings a series of consequences,such as the slow walking space is squeezed,the sidewalk is occupied,the pedestrian safety is not guaranteed,the slow walking environment pollution is serious and so on,which results in the strange appearance of the car shop priority,and reduces the residents' slow walking safety and the slow walking environmental quality.In February 2016,the State Council issued several opinions on further strengthening the management of urban planning and construction,and put forward the idea of "solving the problem of traffic network layout,promoting land conservation and utilization,actively using one-way road to organize traffic,strengthening the construction of bicycle lane and walking road system,and advocating green travel".The design mode of pass priority leads to the neglect of the construction of slow travel system for a long time,and the safety degree of slow travel of slow travel residents is greatly threatened,so it is urgent to optimize the urban slow travel system as a whole.However,in the urban construction,the slow-moving system construction has been neglected for a long time because the city adopts the design mode of mobile traffic priority blindly.The first part systematically studies the theory and practice of slow-moving system at home and abroad.In the second part,through the comparison and correlation between slow-moving system planning and green infrastructure theory in terms of content and spatial elements,this paper discusses the feasibility and science of urban slow-moving system strategy research from the perspective of green infrastructure.In the third part,the planning and design strategy of urban slow-moving system is discussed,and the feasible strategies are put forward for the planning and design of urban slow-moving system under the guidance of different road scales,different green infrastructure functions and people-oriented ideas,including slow-moving street network strategy,slow-moving facility strategy,public space construction strategy and so on.In the fourth part,based on the optimized strategy,an example is given in the linear space of the Beijing Olympic Marathon Raceway.
