With the continuous expansion of the scale of Deyang Power Supply Company,the issue of power supply safety becomes more important.The safe production of electricity is a requirement of economic benefits.Power generation revenue is the basis for the company's survival and development,is the main source of economic benefits,and is the company's lifeline.The safe production of electricity is the foundation and guarantee of the company's electricity production.If the safety of electricity production is not good,it must inevitably reduce both the amount of power generation and increase various types of expenses.The result must be increased costs and reduced benefits.And the management of safety equipment has a very important position in the daily management of the company.It is not only an important factor to improve work efficiency but also an important guarantee for the personal safety of employees.In recent years,the routine inspection of safety equipment has often been in the form.The awareness of regular safety inspections of safety tools and appliances is weak,and the management of scraps is not strict,which leads to confusion in the account.Therefore,research and analysis of a set of safety tools and appliances management system that meets the actual needs of the company's safety tools and appliances management work will greatly improve the company's economic benefits and promote Informatization development of the company.The paper selects the management of safety tools and appliances in Deyang Power Supply Company as the research object,and proposes to save and recognize the information of safety tools and appliances based on RFID radio frequency identification technology,and implement automatic acquisition,design and Implement a set of highly automated safety tool management system.The dissertation first studies the relevant theoretical and technical foundations of the safety equipment management system for safety equipment.Based on the current status of safety equipment management in power supply companies,it summarizes the main business processes based on the needs analysis and analyzes the safety equipment management business of power companies.The basic process of the safety equipment management business analysis,from the perspective of software operation,proposed the user type structure and functional requirements structure of the safety equipment management system,and introduced the hardware and performance requirements analysis of the safety equipment management system..Secondly,the paper analyzes the functional requirements of the safety tool management system.This paper detailedly designs and analyzes the basic principles of the system design work,the overall network architecture,and the function package structure of the system,and proposes the overall technical solution for system research and development.The function package structure introduces the design of the Java class structure of the functional modules in the system in detail,and analyzes the design of the ER diagram of the back-end database of the system and the design of some data table structures.The system adopts the MVC three-layer architecture idea,and uses the SSH framework technology to realize the system's three-layer architecture of user interaction layer,business logic layer and data layer.During the system function design phase,the system designed six major functional modules: acquisition management,return management,scrap management,ledger management,basic information management,and system management.The design process of these modules was described in detail.Finally,the sequence diagram is used to introduce the implementation process of some key functions in the system function module.The core steps of the function implementation and the coding process are given.At the same time,the system's functional test cases and performance test cases are compiled using the black box test method.The system performs test analysis.The system test results show that the safety tool management system has reached the predetermined requirements in terms of function and performance,and can be applied to the company's tool management business,which has played a key role in the safety tool management of Deyang Power Company,Can effectively improve the overall quality and level of the company's safety tools management business.
