| Targeting to build a world-top Energy Internet enterprise,the State Grid Corporation puts forward the strategic goal of "three types,two networks,world-top",so China’s power construction has entered a new stage of development.Wherein,the management of power materials plays an important role in the construction of electric power projects.Material management is an important part of power engineering construction.For example,a perfect material management mode directly affects the progress,cost,quality and economic benefits of the project.However,according to the literature review and investigation,this paper finds that the management mode of power engineering materials is not complete enough to play the ideal effect of material management.This paper presents a power engineering material management optimization scheme that combines BIM and RFID technology to achieve efficient management of power engineering materials.First,by searching a large amount of literature,interviewing BIM experts,investigating multiple power construction companies and power software development companies,and issuing questionnaires,the paper discusses the research background and significance of the paper,and lists BIM technology,RFID technology and power.The research status of engineering material management at home and abroad;secondly,by expounding the relevant basic theories of BIM technology and RFID technology,as well as the theory and technical foundation of the power engineering material management system,the foundation of the optimization plan is laid;then the power engineering The current status of material management,including the status of information management and the traditional power engineering material management model,and based on the analysis of the traditional model,analyzes the low efficiency of electrical equipment manufacturing and transportation and low inventory turnover rate generated in the traditional power engineering material management,The lack of information sharing and the low degree of automation of material information collection,and according to specific problems,a demand analysis of each module of power engineering material management was carried out;Then,combining the advantages of BIM technology and RFID technology in the management of power engineering materials and the principles of program creation,an optimized program implementation framework for power engineering materials management was established,and the procurement management to storage management to construction and operation and maintenance management were discussed in detail.The specific implementation process of the entire optimization plan of the whole;Finally,the optimization project of power engineering material management combining BIM technology and RFID technology is applied in specific cases,mainly from the procurement,transportation,storage,construction and operation and maintenance stages of power engineering material management.The whole process of engineering materials was implemented,and the management effect of the management plan was expounded,thus verifying the feasibility of the optimization plan of power engineering material management combining BIM technology and RFID technology. |
