RFID(Radio Frequency Identification),or radio frequency identification technology,is a non-contact automatic identification technology that automatically recognizes target objects and obtains relevant data through radio frequency signals,without manual intervention.In recent years,the application of RFID technology has become more and more extensive,involving retail,supply chain,logistics,warehouse management and other fields.Among them,the research and application of cash register systems in the retail sector has attracted the attention of major manufacturers in the industry.At present,the cash register system on the market generally adopts one machine,one screen(that is,one industrial computer corresponds to one display).Although the queuing time is reduced compared with the traditional cash register,it has not effectively solved the customer queuing problem.At the same time,the addition of multiple cash registers has brought high concurrency and cost issues.Especially in retail,the use of barcode recognition technology for sales management can effectively solve the problems of low settlement efficiency and high input costs.To this end,this paper consults the relevant domestic and foreign RFID self-checkout system research literature,on this basis,taking into account the advantages of radio frequency identification technology,customer experience when shopping at the checkout,and the cost of the retailer and other factors,this paper proposes an Androidbased split-screen technology RFID self-checkout system.In this system,through the RFID electronic tag attached to each product,the products are identified one-to-one,and multiple products are identified at a time without considering the placement problem.At the same time,a multi-screen independent interaction solution under the Android industrial control computer was implemented,which greatly improved the customer experience.The main research content of the thesis is as follows: First,conduct an in-depth study and analysis of the existing typical RFID self-service cash register system.Including the composition of the existing RFID cash register system,purchase and payment procedures,etc.;study its use technology and advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,through the research on the existing cash register system in the market,and in response to its existing problems,an improvement plan for the RFID self-service cash register system of an industrial computer with multiple cash register screens is proposed.At the same time,in order to realize the proposed improvement plan,the principle and mechanism of the two key technologies of Android split-screen and front-end and backend communication technologies are deeply studied,and a feasible solution is provided for such needs.Finally,according to the design of the system scheme,a self-service cashier system was developed.The system has functions such as purchase,order placement,and payment.It uses Android Presentation and Rabbit MQ technology to realize multi-screen display and push payment results.In terms of the purchase process,it is divided into two modules: product information detail display and order payment.The front-end and back-end communication mechanism adopts a combination of request interface and message queue.Based on specific application scenarios,the organic combination of RFID technology and the merchandise sales system can greatly improve checkout efficiency,effectively reduce the labor intensity of cashiers,and the use of one machine with multiple screens can effectively reduce costs.This system is suitable for small and medium-sized supermarket cashier payments.The system is simple and easy to use,has good scalability and sustainability,and provides a practical case for the transformation of domestic supermarkets.
