Design And Implementation For The Toll Inspect System Of Expressway

With the rapid growth of road network traffic in Jiangsu Province,the traffic pressure of expressways is increasing day by day,especially the coastal expressway,which is one of the main skeletons of the "four vertical,four horizontal and four links" Expressway planned for the first round in Jiangsu Province.In such a serious traffic situation,coastal highway management units are facing some problems that need urgent solution such as how to ensure the stable operation and efficient service of the expressway,how to effectively control the toll collectors,how to effectively assess the workload and completion of the work,and how to fine manage the personnel.In order to solve these problems,a coastal highway toll inspection system is designed and implemented in this thesis based on the rapid development of Internet technology and computer technology.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Through the analysis of the current situation of highway toll inspection business,combined with the rules and business characteristics of coastal highway performance appraisal,summed up the business functional requirements and non-functional requirements of highway toll inspection.2.According to the demand of highway toll inspection business,using MVC three-tier architecture,six functional modules are designed and implemented,including my task,invalid task,appeal management,assessment method management,scheduling management and statistical analysis,and the key problems and difficulties are discussed in detail.Inspectors can use the system to inspect the toll collectors,realize the process of task generation,assignment,inspection,issuance,appeal and confirmation,and form a closed-loop business.3.Through system testing and high-speed operation in coastal areas,the results show that the system plays an important role in the daily inspection work and meets the construction needs of the system.
