Hospital is an indispensable part of people's life.It is an important place to restore human body function,maintain human health and ensure human body comfort.With the rapid development of the social economy and the improvement of the quality of life,the indoor air quality and thermal comfort of the hospital are very important for patients,escorts and medical staff.At present,domestic and foreign scholars focus on research on thermal and humid environment and thermal comfort in residential,office,commercial and other buildings,and there are few studies on hospital architecture.In addition,research on thermal comfort is based on normal people,and there has been a long-term lack of research on the thermal comfort of pregnant women in special populations.Therefore,it is significant to study the difference in thermal comfort between pregnant women and normal people.Firstly,in the summer,on-site testing of the hot and humid environment in the obstetrics clinics of six hospitals in Guangzhou was conducted,and subjective questionnaires were conducted.Through the test,thermal environment parameters of the obstetric clinic were obtained.Through the subjective questionnaire survey,1654 valid questionnaires?pregnant women,escorts,medical staff?were obtained:786 pregnant women,754 escorts,and 114medical staff.Based on the personal information of pregnant women,the RMR?Resting Metabolic Rate:RMR?value of pregnant women was calculated using Schofield's revised formula recommended by"Dietary Energy Reference Intake of Chinese Residents"?2013edition?,and the actual metabolic rate of pregnant women was obtained.The actual metabolic rate,1.0 met and 1.2 met were used to calculate SET?Standard Effective Temperature:SET?,PMV?Predicted Mean Vote:PMV?and then to analyze the thermal comfort of pregnant women.Secondly,the direct evaluation index Ta and the comprehensive evaluation index Top(Operature Temperature:Top),SET,and PMV were selected for analysis,and the thermal neutral value and heat preference value of the subjects?pregnant women,escorts,and medical care?were obtained.It was found that with the lapse of pregnancy cycle,early pregnancy,mid-pregnancy,and late pregnancy,the heat-neutral value and heat preference value gradually decrease,and post-natal increase.pregnant women's demand for heat neutral value and heat preference value was lower than that of escorts and medical staff.Based on the linear regression equation of MTSV?Mean Thermal Sensation Vote:MTSV?with Ta,Top,SET,and PMV,respectively,MTSV=±0.5 or±0.85 to obtain an acceptable range of 90%or 80%of the subjects.Considering building energy saving,it is recommended that the design range of summer air conditioning for obstetric clinics be 24-26 C.In addition,pregnant women need less heat neutral temperature than escorts and medical staff.It is suggested that the design of air conditioning system in obstetric clinic should be slightly lower.Based on the multiple regression equations of APD?Actual Percentage Dissatisfaction:APD?and Ta,Top,SET,and PMV,respectively,APD=10%or 20%is acceptable for 90%or 80%of the subjects'acceptable upper and lower limits.Among them,the acceptable range of 80%of medical staff is 24-25.45 C?Ta?,which is close to the design range of summer air-conditioning in nurses'stations given in the Guidelines for the"Construction of Central Air-conditioning in Hospitals".Finally,based on the on-site investigation of the hot and humid environment and subjective questionnaire survey results,expand the range to set the thermal comfort parameter conditions,use EXCCEL to arrange and combine to obtain 313632 sets of data and calculate PMV,analyze the influence of thermal comfort parameters?clothing thermal resistance,metabolic rate,relative humidity,air wind speed,air temperature,average radiant temperature?on PMV.The thermal resistance and metabolic rate of clothing have a great influence on PMV,and the relative humidity has little effect on PMV.When the wind speed is V>0.1m/s,the effect on PMV is negatively correlated.When the wind speed is V?0.1m/s,it has almost no effect on PMV.In addition,the PMV model of the pregnant woman was linearly corrected,and the corrected PMV model of the pregnant woman was basically coincided with the actual thermal sensory MTSV model.The corrected result was PMVe=0.60PMV+0.17.In addition,a simplified model of the relationship between pregnant women's PMV and RH,Tmrt,V,and Ta is obtained.
