Weilong House Renewal Design Strategies Research In Meizhou Core Urban Area

Weilong House is a representative of Hakka residential and the largest numerous Hakka building in Meizhou.This thesis is in the background of the construction of historical and cultural city in Meizhou,hakka cultural tourism rise,the traditional residential protection and utilization,based on the former research of Weilong house building,to start the study on the protection and utilization of Weilong house in Meizhou core city.Through the investigation and analysis of the status of protection and utilization for Weilong house in Meizhou core urban area,this paper discusses the protection strategy and activation utilization method of Weilong house,gives the real value to Hakka Weilong house,protects more Weilong house building,leaves more material foundation of urban culture for Meizhou,improves the urban cultural life environment for the residents,and helps Meizhou historical and cultural city construction.This article is divided into five chapters,the main content is as follows:(1)The first part is the research background and intention of the thesis.Establish the scope of research,Meizhou city urban plan and construction,Hakka Weilong house protection planning,urbanization impact of Weilong house has been more comprehensive elaboration and analysis.(2)The second part is the basic research of Weilong house.This analysis includes the source,distribution characteristics and architectural characteristics of Weilong House,to receive clearer understanding of Weilong house.(3)The third part is a study of the space evolution about Weilong house in the core urban area.The profile of the core urban area,the evolution of space,the influence factors of evolution are systematically analyzed,and based on the reconsideration of the evolution,more clearly understand the Weilong house status in core urban area.(4)The forth part is the analysis of Weilong house protection and utilization status.First of all,based on the analysis of Weilong house preservation status,Weilong house protection and utilization status and the case analysis,to find existing problems of the protection and utilization,then reflect on the protection,activation mode,design guidance,to provide a realistic basis for the later renewal design strategy.(5)The fifth part is the exploration and study of renewal design strategy for Weilong house in Meizhou core urban area.Taking the core urban area Weilong house as the research object,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis for the location environment of the core urban area and the distribution characteristics of Weilong house,the renewal design for the Weilong house is guided and proposed from the three aspects,include construction technology,internal functional space and external space environment.Finally,in the conclusion part,the main conclusions,innovation points,research deficiencies and prospects of this paper are put forward.
