Construction projects have the characteristics of high cost,long construction period,many involved subjects and complicated interest relationships.The full life cycle of an engineering project includes the investigation phase,design phase,bidding and tendering phase,construction phase,and completion acceptance phase.This paper mainly selects the bidding and construction phase for research.In the bidding stage of construction projects,due to the large number of stakeholders involved,each stakeholder as a rational person has its own interest claims.Different interest claims will lead to conflicts of interest.If there is a conflict of interests,there must be a game.Moreover,the information asymmetry among the various parties has led to unavoidable collusion in the bidding process of construction projects.The collusion not only runs counter to the principles of fairness,justice and openness that the bidding market has always maintained,but also severely undermines the market order that the construction project bidding process should have,and even harms the interests of the entire society.In short,the There are all kinds of harms but no benefit.Therefore,after reading a lot of relevant documents in the bidding stage,the first part of the fourth chapter of this article is based on some chaos in the bidding stage,and uses game theory as a mathematical tool to study and analyze the bidding process with a view to bidding Issues at this stage put forward targeted suggestions,so as to better standardize the bidding market and make the bidding related system more perfect.First,find out the stakeholders involved in the bidding stage.From the perspective of stakeholders,deeply explore the internal connections between many stakeholders,try to analyze and study their possible through the internal connections between various stakeholders Existing game or collusion.Then,based on the static game in game theory,analyze the game behavior and collusion behavior of the stakeholders in the bidding process of the construction project,and build a game model with the competent department,construction unit,bidder and bidding agency as the main body.Solve the model to get a balanced solution,analyze the behavior of stakeholders by explaining the balanced solution,find out the reasons for this behavior and explore the governance mechanism in depth.During the construction phase of a construction project,thestakeholders involved are the construction party,the construction party,and the supervision party.The second part of Chapter 4 of this article mainly studies the behavior between the construction party and the supervision party.First,analyze the possible behaviors of the construction party and the supervision party.For the sake of maximizing their own interests,the construction party may violate the regulations,illegally subcontract,illegally subcontract,or cut corners in the construction process to obtain improper benefits.As the agent of the construction party on the construction site,it will inevitably restrict the illegal behaviors of the construction party.This is a game relationship.Then,based on the premise that the supervision party restricts the construction party,a game model of the supervision party and the construction party is constructed,and the game model is solved to obtain an equilibrium solution.The behavior of the supervision party and the construction party is analyzed by explaining the equilibrium solution. |
