| The construction of rural public service facilities is an important part of improving the quality of rural human settlements and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.The facility planning and path selection are the key issues that must be resolved in the construction of beautiful countryside.At present,China’s urban and rural development is in a critical period of great transformation and transformation.The study of rural public service facilities has gradually become a hot spot in the development of urban and rural construction.As a typical specimen of plain area,traditional farming area,and economically underdeveloped area,northern Anhui area has the characteristics of large rural population,large village size,and large number of villages.It has strong research significance in this area.Based on the common characteristics of rural areas in northern Anhui,this study selected the representative rural public service facilities in Mengcheng County as the research object.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,it used literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,field surveys,GIS spatial analysis and other methods.The present characteristics of public service facilities in 12 villages in Mengcheng County.A targeted strategy for the optimization and improvement of public service facilities in rural areas is proposed,which provides a useful reference for the analysis and summary of the current characteristics and optimization of rural public service facilities in northern Anhui.First,sort out the relevant theoretical foundations of rural public service facilities,and sort out the theoretical research of rural public service facilities at home and abroad.Summarize the research progress of rural public service facilities from the number of documents,subject distribution,research content,research methods,and related policies.Sort out and summarize related researches on the configuration methods,feature analysis,optimization and improvement of rural public service facilities.Secondly,analyze the basic situation of rural areas in northern Anhui,summarize the characteristics of rural areas in northern Anhui from the aspects of terrain,economy,industry,population,and village construction,and determine that rural public service facilities in Mengcheng County are used as research objects.Select specific village samples and determine the research.Third,summarize the characteristics of rural public service facilities in Mengcheng County,use GIS spatial analysis methods to summarize the spatial distribution characteristics and accessibility characteristics;use field survey methods to establish facility scale qualityevaluation standards,and summarize facility quality scale characteristics;use questionnaire survey methods,Summarize the satisfaction characteristics of villagers in facilities.Through the summary of characteristics,the problems existing in the facility are analyzed and raised.Finally,according to the current characteristics and problems of rural public service facilities in Mengcheng County,the construction goals and planning principles of rural public service facilities are summarized,and optimization paths are formulated from the three dimensions of spatial layout,facility configuration,and policy guidance,and the population,village,and facility are specified.Promotion strategies at various levels,choose a village to give specific strategies for implementation,and explain the rural public service facilities allocation guarantee mechanism.This study is expected to expand the perspective of rural research,provide development strategies and practical paths for the optimization and improvement of rural public service facilities in northern Anhui,provide guidance for rural construction in northern Anhui,and provide reference cases for the optimization and improvement of public service facilities in other rural areas.Figure 47 table 31 reference 83... |
