Research On The Applicability Evaluation Of The Standard System Of Prefabricated Concrete Building

As the acceleration of the new urbanization process,the shortage of resource and the high labor cost,upgrading of the industrial structure has become the inevitable trend of construction industry.And many local governments have begun to promote the study and the application of prefabricated concrete building.However,the development is still at an early stage and the standard system is not perfect,which is restricting the development of prefabricated concrete building.It is urgent to improve the standard system of prefabricated concrete building.So we need to study the applicability of standard system of prefabricated concrete building firstly,to find out where the standard system is reasonable and where is not applicable.Moreover,it's contribute to improve the scientificity,practicality and effectiveness of the current standards,promote the effective implementation of the standards,lay a foundation for building a perfect and applicable standard system.This paper analyzed the development process and the framework of the standard system of prefabricated concrete building,and the status of the standard system at present.On the basic of literature review,this paper discussed the applicability of standard system from the interior and exterior.The aspects of interior included macro level and micro level.The aspects of exterior were divided into three levels: implementing benefit,usage and life cycle of standard system.On this basis the paper constructed an applicability evaluation model of the standard system of prefabricated concrete building.The indexes were selected by DEMATEL.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods,this paper use gray-clustering method to analyze.Combined with a case,this paper classified the level of applicability into five level and determined the scope of each level by consulting experts and relevant technicians.Finally,put the score into each gray class to get the integrated cluster coefficients and determined the level of applicability.Based on the results,this paper made suggestions about improving this standard system.
