| The one-way waterway with multi-junction is a complex waterway that has emerged with the development of the port.Ships are not allowed to travel in opposite directions and there have multiple scattered and aggregated points of traffic flow.The navigation is affected by a combination of various factors.These waterways are likely to become restrictions on port operations because of the special characteristics such as navigation duration and complex cargo types,etc.This article reviews the results of research on the complex waterways navigation,and conducts a more comprehensive study of the navigation situation of one-way waterway with multi-junction based on passing capacity and navigation efficiency,and provides theoretical basis for project planning and construction,traffic management and subsequent research.Firstly,analyzing the one-way waterway with multi-junction,according to the actual situation of coastal port area and the research status of road traffic and airport ground transportation,combining the actual passage capacity and navigation efficiency to describe the navigation condition.Discussing the navigation characteristics contain navigation environment,channel switching strategy,navigation situation at the intersection,and navigation effects of special ships.Secondly,considering the disturbances caused by factors like natural conditions,traffic flow conditions,and ship scheduling rules,then constructing a ship operation simulation model for the overall operation of the port,and counting the actual passage capacity under different factor combinations.Thirdly,selecting evaluation indicators of navigation safety,waterway utilization and navigation comfort,and using the DEA method based on crossefficiency to calculate the navigation efficiency evaluation value.Comparing the different input conditions to obtain a better management plan.In the case study,using the data of the planning period of a port area in northern China as the basis to build a simulation model.After the model verification,entering 0.8 times,1 times,and 1.2 times the ship traffic flow combined to different ship speeds and traffic schedules.Researching the actual passage capacity and navigation efficiency with multiple factors.Analyzing the navigation fragile points and the service situation of special ships,selecting the better traffic schedules under different vessel flows.This study analyzes the influencing factors of the one-way waterway with multijunction,proposes methods to determine the actual passage capacity and evaluate the navigation efficiency,and compares and selects different factor combinations at last.The research results can provide the theoretical basis for the project construction and traffic management in the port area. |
