In recent years,urban rail transition has developed rapidly in China,and some large cities have built a large number of rail transit projects.Metro stations have the highest flow intensity,density and turnover frequency,and its affiliated commercial space has commercial advantages that the corresponding space of other traffic nodes does not have.At the same time,the commercial development of the space around the metro station can make up for the loss of subway construction and operation and reduce the economic p ressure of urban infrastructure construction.However,the development of metro-commercial in China's inland cities is relatively late,and it lacks perfect normative guidance.There have been many audio-visual environmental problems,which have led to the problem of low commercial willingness and deviated from the original intention of the exploitation of the metro-commercial.After a long period of development of metro-commercial in Hong Kong,it has a high level of construction.Its development experience is worthy of reference for the metro-commercial development of inland cities,especially Shenzhen,which is just adjacent to Hong Kong.Combined with the literature and the field investigation,the study defines and classifies and defines the types of different activity types in different metro commercial space types,and proposes the optimal stay time and residency evaluation index.In addition,the study also put forward the elements of audio-visual enviroment impacts through analysis of previous studies.At the same time,this paper sorts out and analyzes the spatial form and audio-visual environment of Shenzhen and Hong Kong metro-commercial space,extracts typical spatial form types and typical cases,and further summarizes the t ypes of audio-visual environment.On this basis,the virtual reality method is used in the laboratory to restore the audio-visual environment.The questionnaire is used to collect the stay-will and audio-visual comfort evaluation of each typical case,so the typical audio-visual environment model and its representative cases are further selected.Field surveys on stay-will and audio-visual comfort were conducted using questionnaires.In the case of consistent laboratory research and field research results,the results of the two surveys were jointly analyzed to obtain the basic rules of the evaluation of stay-will and audio-visual comfort of metro-commercial space.The contrast between Shenzhen and Hong Kong were obtained.The key factors affecting audio-visual comfort are obtained through SPSS analysis of the correlation between audio-visual comfort and audio-visual environment elements.It then explores the relationship between residency and the comfort of the audiovisual environment,and clarifies the elements of the audio-visual environment that affect the residen cy of metro-commercial spaces.The paper takes the typical audio-visual environment of metro-commercial space as the research objects,and studies the related factors of audio-visual environment comfort.The laboratory evaluation(virtual reality technology)a nd field research methods were used to quantify the stay-will and audio-visual comfort evaluation.The correlation analysis method was used to explore the relevant factors of the audio-visual environment comfort related to the stay-will.
