Research On The Design Of Underground Commercial Space In Guangzhou Based On Customer Comfort

With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,urban problems such as urban crowding,land shortage and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.For the sustainable development of the city,underground space's development and utilization is more and more important.With the construction of subway in China's cities,underground traffic is convenient for people's travel and greatly promotes the development of underground commercial space.The development of underground commercial space started late in China,and the research on the internal environment of underground commercial space is still not comprehensive.With the improvement of people's living standard,the requirement for the quality of underground space is higher,which puts forward higher requirements for the design of underground commercial space.With the development of Guangzhou underground commercial space increasing,competition is more intense.How to optimize the design of the space environment,letting the customers have a more comfortable experience and meet the increasing standards of the customers,is the urgent problem to be solved in Guangzhou's underground commercial space.This paper is based on the study of the relationship between the environment of Guangzhou's underground commercial space and the customers.In order to improve people's comfort,this paper studies the optimization method of the underground commercial space design.Through the study of the excellent cases at home and abroad as well as the research of the underground commercial space in Guangzhou,this paper studies the optimization design from three aspects of the overall layout,physiological environment,psychological as well as emotional environment of the underground commercial space,trying to make the customers more comprehensive in consideration and promotion in the comfort performance of the underground commercial space.It will provide a reference for future optimization design of Guangzhou underground commercial space.
