Research On The External Space Environment Of The Block-Style Commercial Complex Based On Thermal Comfort

With the development of urban experience-type economy,the blockbuster commercial complexes have sprung up as rainy,as an emerging type of commercial buildings.Break the traditional commercial complex,integrate the traditional block shape with traditional commercial complexes,and make the external space environment of the neighborhood commercial complex richer.Its external space environment is also part of the urban environment,providing a venue for residents,with dual value including commercial value and social value.It is of great significance to create a neighborhood space that meets the needs of consumers’ experience in shopping,and a comfortable external space environment.Therefore,when the district-type commercial complex is designed,it is not only necessary to consider the aesthetics of architectural functions and architectural forms,and combine the outdoor heat environment to create an external space environment that meets the outdoor heat and comfort needs of residents.The external spatial environment of block style commercial complexes covers a wide range.This article mainly establishes thermal comfort related research from factors such as spatial enclosure form,street orientation,street aspect ratio,shading method,green layout,water body layout,and underlying surface material.Analyze through on-site measurements and questionnaire surveys,and use Rayman software to calculate the physiological equivalent temperature of thermal comfort indicators.Based on the actual measurement content,simulate and explore,select ENVI-MET software to establish an initial model,and compare and analyze the simulation results.The results showed that the outdoor thermal comfort was better when the PET value was 20.9 ℃-26.2 ℃ in summer and 12.4 ℃-22.8 ℃ in winter.Summer is mainly affected by air temperature,black sphere temperature,relative humidity,and wind speed,while winter is mainly affected by black sphere temperature,relative humidity,and wind speed.In summer,squares with high spatial enclosure and north-south streets are more comfortable facing outdoor thermal environments.Based on this,a design strategy that conforms to outdoor thermal comfort is proposed for the external spatial environment of block style commercial complexes.This article is based on the theoretical research of outdoor heat comfort for the external space environment of the block-type commercial complex.From the enclosure interface,street form,shading method,green layout,water body layout,lower pad material,etc.In terms of quantitative methods to study the correlation between different influencing factors and outdoor heat and comfort,propose a district-type commercial complex in the external space environment design strategy that meets the demand for outdoor heat and comfort,and activate the external space of the street-style commercial complex.
