As the basic unit of the city,the community plays a vital role in disaster prevention.As a special product of the rapid development of the city,the village in the city of Shenzhen is particularly complicated for disaster prevention.Therefore,with the opportunity of urban development model turning to stock optimization,indepth research on disaster prevention and reconstruction of urban villages has become the key.This article takes Shenzhen Shangwu Community as the research object,evaluates the existing problems in mining community disaster prevention space,and then explores optimization strategies to improve the disaster prevention capacity of Shangwu Community.First,build a disaster prevention space evaluation index system for the upper housing community and process the data.Secondly,the fuzzy evaluation method is applied to evaluate the disaster prevention space of Shangwu community.On the basis of determining the evaluation factor set and the comment set and establishing the evaluation matrix,combined with the index weight obtained by the analytic hierarchy process,a three-level fuzzy evaluation model is constructed.Finally,the optimization strategy of “circle + network + support system” is proposed for the shortage of disaster prevention space,namely,the progressive update mode of the partition,the balanced evacuation space,and the multi-complete support system.The evaluation results show that:(1)the sheltered green space,medical and health,material support and disaster prevention identification system of Shangwu Community need to be improved;(2)community space structure,shelter,safe passage and fire rescue system need to be improved;(3)Community location conditions,security,building and communication systems should be further optimized on the basis of maintaining the status quo.In this regard,this paper proposes specific optimization strategies,including:(1)adopting the gradual update method of “time division,spatial division”,and clearing the methods of fixed refuge circle and emergency refuge circle to clarify the refuge circle The refuge population density and the status quo of the disaster prevention space determine the optimization sequence of the disaster prevention space in the upper housing community;(2)construct a balanced composite refuge space,optimize the evacuation site by dividing the original refuge site level and adding evacuation sites as needed;Divide the original green layer level,add safe green space as needed,optimize plant types and planting methods to optimize safe-haven green space;optimize the evacuation channel by improving road level and optimizing road structure;through bottom-level retreat,additional corridors and flood disasters Combine ways to enhance the disaster prevention performance of buildings;(3)Build a multi-faceted support system,optimize medical and health through improving medical site layout and optimizing medical and health environment;optimize fire protection by improving fire station setting and optimizing fire channel layout Rescue;optimize materials by adding material sites and establishing data management libraries Equipment;to improve the integrity of the identification system through the addition of an emergency identity,improve barrierfree design.The evaluation method and optimization strategy of this paper have positive practical significance,which points out the direction for the optimization of disaster prevention space in the upper housing community,promotes the improvement of the disaster prevention ability of the upper housing community,and provides reference for the disaster prevention construction work of the same type of urban village community.With reference,it has certain guiding and inspiring effects.
