Research On Community Assets Activation Of The Enterprise Danwei Compound In Harbin Based On Self-organization

In recent years,the city is facing a "new normal" background from incremental expansion to stock optimization.Focusing on the built environment,people-oriented,and seeking smart growth in the city is an important issue.As an important carrier of material space,community quality is directly related to the quality of the city.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Political Bureau meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on July 30,2019,to speed up the service quality of the old community and make the residents’ lives more comfortable.At present,the old-fashioned community of this type of the enterprise Danwei compound can no longer meet the growing material and spiritual needs of the residents,and the quality of the community space needs to be upgraded.It is imperative to update and reform.In this context,this paper explores the issue of community asset activation in Harbin City Enterprise Courtyard from the perspective of self-organization.The research selected Harbin Measuring Tool Cutting Tool Factory,Harbin Flax Factory and Harbin Electric Machinery Factory as the research object of three typical enterprise units,and explored the self-organization of the enterprise Danwei compound through field investigation,questionnaire survey,literature review and library materials.The status of community assets.Then construct the self-organizing ability index system,and use the two-factor control method combining quantitative and qualitative to systematically divide the self-organizing operation stage,and use the Likert five-point scale method to the community residents’ ability to participate in the community,then construct the self-organizing ability index system,and use the two-factor control method combining quantitative and qualitative to systematically divide the self-organizing operation stage,and use the Likert five-point scale method to the community residents’ ability to participate in the community,the ability of community organization structure and the ability of community self-organizing network to establish and evaluate,sum up the self-organization of the enterprise Danwei compound,the low participation of community residents,the weak community emotion and the lack of community organizational structure function.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the value of community assets.The results of the assessment are the lack of community asset exploitation and utilization,the lack of community asset value and the lack of community asset activation.On this basis,a targeted strategy is proposed based on the existing problems.Exploring the relationship between various assets of the community,and under the guidance of self-organization operation steps,expounding the work content of each stage of community asset activation,and summarizing the relationship between self-organization and community asset activation.Finally,with the problemoriented,comprehensive research results of the enterprise Danwei compound,the strategy of community assets activation from the preparation stage to the initial stage,development stage,mature stage and perfect stage under the guidance of selforganization is proposed.In order to fully explore the advantages and potential of the community,based on the community assets of the enterprise Danwei compound,pay attention to the strength of the community assets,and achieve the vision of activating the community assets of the enterprise Danwei compound.This paper hopes to improve the quality of the community of the enterprise Danwei compound through the efforts of the community residents,improve the quality of life of this part of the community,create a comfortable and healthy living environment,explore the formation of residents-led,planner guidance,government assistance a benign community network and advocate for the establishment of a harmonious and inclusive,self-organizing,and vibrant society.
