There are lots of space debris suspending around the earth,which is a serious potential threat to artificial satellites.Undoubtably,the space web capture with large-scale redundant capture features has important application requirements.However,in the launching scheme of using a pyrotechnic device to project the space web,there are some problems such as the large shock between the space web system and the satellite platform,the short maintenance time of the web configuration after deployed,etc.In order to improve the capture performance of the space web,it is of great significance to study the way of low-impact launching and the long-term maintenance of the space web.In this paper,Lagrange dynamic analytical models are established to study two types of rope network deployment schemes based on center hub wheel rotation and four rotary tubes rotation.The unrealized deployment and controlled deployment are used to analyze the possibility of stable deployment under different schemes.Finally,the optimal rotation deployment scheme is determined by the control torque amplitude and engineering realization difficulty under different schemes.A method to realize the numerical simulation of the movement of the flexible ropenet structure under air resistance is proposed and verified by ground tests.The finite element(FE)models using the central-difference algorithm are developed to simulate the deployment process of the web arms and the space web.What's more,the differences between the finite element model and the analytical model and their causes are discussed.The influence of the force transmission form between the space web and four rotary tubes,the characteristic parameters of the web system,the control scheme of the rotary tube and its corresponding torque loading strategy,and the delay disturbance control on the effective capture area of the rope during the deployment process are analyzed based on the finite element model of the web model.Finally,the experimental principle is designed as a reference for the study of the frictional effect of the deployment of the space web system.
