With the transformation and development of urban economy,urban construction has changed from focusing on growth rate to focusing on development quality.The development concept of "people-oriented" has been recognized by more and more experts and scholars.The development of science and technology drives the application of big data in urban planning more and more widely.The environmental characteristics of street space have more and more profound impact on the improvement of the quality of urban street space,and also put forward higher requirements for the management and control of urban street space.Through the collection of multi-source data,based on the analysis of the factors mentioned in the literature and relevant guidelines,this paper constructs the living street space quality evaluation system of 2 categories,6 categories,25 sub categories.By using SPSS correlation analysis,the relationship between the subjective score of living street space quality and the street space elements is obtained,and it is divided into highly positive correlation Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the reasonable range of impact factors of high-quality living street is obtained.This paper focuses on the proportion of sub class factors which are related to the quality of street space in each medium class factor,and takes the medium class factors which are more than 50% of the sub class influence factors as the key research object,and puts forward the adaptability suggestions for the quality control of street space.This paper selects 10 streets in Dazhi Road area and Hongshan Square area,measures25 factor indicators from the user subject dimension and street space object dimension,and makes correlation analysis with the subjective scoring results of street space quality,and obtains 3 highly positive correlation factors,7 moderately positive correlation factors,2highly negative correlation factors and 2 moderately negative correlation factors Two.At the same time,according to the proportion of small class influence factors in the constructed medium class factors,the importance order is street connectivity = psychological perception > surrounding land = visual perception > store function > auditory perception.Based on the above research,the space design guidance and control proposed in this paper includes improving the street connectivity,creating a comfortable street space,improving the surrounding land use function and enriching the street visual perception.Suggestions for street management include the combination of rigid and flexible management,the combination of power and responsibility management and collaborative governance,as well as intelligent and dynamic management. |
