This paper based on the engineering background of RJ45 cable plugging of high-density server equipment in modern data center computer room,the main research content included scheme design,structure design,mechanical property analysis and mold flow analysis of RJ45 auxiliary plugger,aiming at the usage condition of RJ45 connector interconnection among high-density network equipment,and adopts the method of space ergonomics analysis,function decomposition and solution,multi-factor fuzzy evaluation,mechanical simulation and mold flow analysis,to develop an auxiliary plug-and-pull device for RJ45 plug.Based on the problems of RJ45 plug in practical application,to carry out the scheme design research of auxiliary plugger.On the basis of the comprehensive comparative analysis of multi-scheme,propose a design scheme for unlocking card pins by using leverage.With minimal panel space,the scheme provides convenient ways to plug in and replace cables,to realize the value of the product at a lower cost.According to the application scenario of RJ45 auxiliary plugger,analyzed the functional requirements of the auxiliary plugger and solve each one,so all solutions are obtained to realize each function,the two most competitive alternatives are selected by value engineering,and the final solution is determined after comparison by multi-factor fuzzy evaluation method.The geometric model is built by Creo 3D design software,the assembly process is analyzed and found the effect of the structure on operation.According to the usage of RJ45 auxiliary plugger,to analyze the situation of the RJ45 auxiliary plugger during violent insertion,the improvement method is proposed for the weak points in the structure;analyze the position of the elastic arm where fatigue occurs first in long-term usage,proposed a structural design method with the best safety factor that under the premise of ensuring a certain amount of elastic activity and strength;anti-deformation for the assembly in all directions is analyzed,and the structure is optimized to obtain the best overall stiffness of the assembly.Research on the processing optimization of RJ45 assistant plunger,the structure of injection mold is analyzed,optimizing the structure of geometric model to simplify the injection mold,and obtain the best efficiency of production.Using injection molding CAE technology to simulate the production process of products,analysis of possible abnormal conditions in processing,in advance to solve the problems arising from the manufacturing process.
