Instrument control system is an important part of nuclear power plant and the "central nervous system" of nuclear power plant.With the development of global information and digital technology,the development of instrument control system is relatively rapid.At present,the instrument control system of nuclear power plant at home and abroad has basically realized full digital control in the non-irradiated area,but it is still mainly based on analog control in the irradiation area,which demands more hardware resources and the tedious operation.According to the functional requirements of the user on a certain TYPE of PWR unit control system of the nuclear power station,a digital instrument control system which can be used for the radiation-resistant area of the nuclear power station is designed.As a communication slave station,the system realizes the docking with the COM722-S master station communication module of ECS-700 system,which is used in the current nuclear power plant.The system resources include upper computer configuration softeare,radiation RS422 bus,hardware and software design of communication control module and radiation resistant intelligent IO module.In order to realize the digital control of the equipment in the irradiation area,the radiation resistance design is carried out by selecting various combination schemes,such as radiation-resistant chip,radiation-resistant module,radiation-resistant bus and lead shell.In order to meet the diversity requirements of the measured point signals of the equipment to be tested,three kinds of radiation-resistant intelligent IO modules are designed,including radiation-resistant AI module,radiation-resistant DI module and radiation-resistant MIO module.The radiation-resistant AI module includes eight-way analog input,the radiation-resistant DI module includes sixteen-way digital input,and the radiation-resistant MIO module includes two-way analog input,one-way analog output,four-way digital input and four-way digital output.In addition,in order to meet the requirements of double redundancy design of ECS-700 system,the double redundancy design is added to the design of the communication control module and RS422 bus,which improves the stability of the system.In the data communication,instead of the traditional multi-cable transmission mode,the irradiation-resistant RS422 bus is adopted,which saves alot of resources and labor cost of the system,and improves the reliability of the system at the same time.In this paper,Lab VIEW development tool is used to complete the configuration software of upper computer.According to the configuration of the system,the communication control module can be configured and debugged on the spot.Combined with the embedded software of communication control module and radiation-resistant intelligent IO module written in C language,the input and output control of each irradiation-resistant intelligent IO module is realized,and the data can be monitored in real time through the configuration management software in the central control room.At the same time,PROFIBUS protocol is used to realize the data docking with the central control master station system.
