| In recent years,due to the elimination of backward production capacity and the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure layout,the competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce.For the traditional construction enterprises in the process of transformation,upgrading,development and improvement of quality and efficiency,it is necessary to implement refined and information management,and site management is a microcosm that can reflect the level of enterprise comprehensive management.In this paper,through the study of the 5S-based BIM management platform system,to achieve the standardization of construction site operations,improve labor productivity,reduce construction costs,ensure the safety of workers,create a good working environment and working conditions,greatly enhance the overall image of construction enterprises.This paper mainly focuses on the outstanding problems in the field management of construction enterprises,and puts forward personal solutions and mathematical algorithms.Aiming at the site problems of Liaoning Zhongwang Huludao aluminium industry project in Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the construction site management structure is studied and analyzed,the mathematical algorithm model used is introduced,the evaluation index system of 5S construction site is established,the construction site information management scheme based on 5S is designed,and the BIM system structure of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is constructed.It is pointed out that the BIM system structure will be constructed through P DCA carries out closed-loop management to ensure that enterprises achieve production and operation objectives.Aiming at the problem that the site factors of aluminium industry project are complex and it is difficult to determine the key influencing factors,the three-dimensional site simulation layout of the project is realized by BIM field layout modeling,and the construction area,office area,material area,living area and other areas are planned as a whole.Some methods of 5S management are used to quantitatively analyze the site influencing factors through analytic hierarchy process.And the consistent evaluation results are obtained.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantify the evaluation factors of construction site,this paper introduces the basic principle of fuzzy mathematics,establishes the 5S management checking and scoring table of construction site,realizes the result conversion of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,combines the fuzzy mathematics with the analytic hierarchy process,and applies the 5S management scheme to the construction site.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out with the effect.Aiming at the construction site of Anshan Steel Construction Project,the BIM-based construction site tools are used to further standardize the 5S site management,improve the efficiency of site managers,and comprehensively evaluate the effect of 5S management on safety quality,material management and progress management,so as to verify the evaluation results.View rationality.Through the research of construction site information management based on 5S in construction enterprises,quantitative analysis of construction site factors and tracking control of the whole process can be realized,thus providing practical application value for improving the level of construction operation. |
