According to the 2016-2020 development outline of construction industry informatization issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of China,"strengthen the level of construction industry informatization,focus on enhancing the integrated application ability of big data,intelligence,cloud computing,BIM,mobile communication,Internet of things and other information technologies,preliminarily build an integrated industry supervision and service platform,and form a group of information technology innovation ability and informatization The application of international advanced level of construction enterprises and construction information technology enterprises with key independent intellectual property rights.According to statistics,only 35% of domestic construction enterprises use information management in the process of project implementation.Based on this,this paper takes XX Group as the research case,adopts the methods of investigation,literature search,case and case study,quantitative and qualitative analysis and other research methods to deeply explore the enterprise project information management,combined with the group needs and data analysis,constructs the project management,project quality and safety management,project engineering data management,project acceptance management,platform management and other platforms.Through the application of the project information management platform,we hope to standardize the responsibilities and scope of all participants in each stage of the project implementation,so that information technology can be applied to project management,improve efficiency and value-added for enterprises,and have certain reference value for the information management of the same type of construction enterprises.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part describes the background and significance of the topic.Through the description of the research status and viewpoints at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research content,methods and technical routes,and constructs a theoretical framework for thein-depth study of this paper from the macro level.In the second part,the development and design concepts of platform development technology,page layer implementation technology,database technology and so on related to project information management are elaborated,which lays a technical foundation for the realization of platform page of construction project management information.The third part,through communication with construction project operators,deeply understand the development of XX group,analyze and discuss the current situation of XX Group's information management,analyze the drawbacks and defects in the process of XX Group's project management,and summarize the group's requirements for project information management.In the fourth part,according to the information management requirements of XX group,the six modules of management platform login,project management,project quality and safety management,project engineering data management,project acceptance management and platform management are researched,designed and implemented,and the project information management platform is constructed.The fifth part is to test the project information management platform.The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.Through the project information management platform,we can improve the efficiency of construction project management,strengthen the supervision of quality and safety process,improve the management level of engineering data,supervise the project acceptance procedures,and improve the work efficiency of project management personnel.
