Research On Construction Enterprise Material Lean Management System Based On VMI

With the improvement of economic and cultural life,people's infrastructure requirements for food,clothing,housing and transportation are also getting higher and higher.The construction of various infrastructures not only meets the various needs of people's social life,but also is an important important cornerstone for the improvement of comprehensive national strength..In recent years,the development of construction enterprises has gradually led to the rapid development of China's national economy.However,in the process of the development of construction enterprises,there are many types of engineering materials,large quantities,and many links involved in the procurement,storage and distribution of materials.The rational management of materials under such a large development background is the necessary guarantee and prerequisite work for enterprises to carry out production activities.The use of scientific means to lean management of construction materials of construction enterprises is the key to improving market competitiveness and reducing enterprise costs.With the help of modern logistics management ideas,this paper introduces the idea of VMI into the inventory management of construction enterprises,and emphatically analyzes the production conditions and background significance of VMI,and on this basis,analyzes the feasibility of VMI in construction enterprises based on the current management situation of construction materials.Therefore,with the help of VMI management thought,the material of construction enterprises is managed in a lean way,and the advantages of VMI implementation in the material management of construction enterprises are found out.It is hoped that this will optimize the material management process of construction enterprises and improve the overall level of material management of construction enterprises.The article also optimizes the material management of the 5th Engineering Branch of the Second Navigation Bureau of China Communications on VMI's inventory management thought,summarizes some possible problems arising from the application of VMI's management thought,and puts forward corresponding suggestions so as to achieve the expected goal of lean management of construction materials.At last,the paper summarizes the research focus of the whole paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the further research work.
