With the increasing installed capacity of national photovoltaic power plants,the stock of power plants increases rapidly.In 2017,the installed capacity of new photovoltaic grid-connected power plants in China reached 53 GW,which increased by more than 50% year on year.The cumulative installed capacity of grid-connected power plants reached 131 GW,ranking first in the world.However,with the development of photovoltaic power plants,the failure rate of photovoltaic power plants remains high.The reason is that the completion acceptance and operation management of photovoltaic power plants are facing major bottlenecks: short construction cycle,a large number of square array equipment,large area,poor natural and living environment and other issues,resulting in a high failure rate of the project and difficulties in completion acceptance.However,the reality of the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants,such as fewer people,more new people and less stability of personnel,makes the operation and maintenance management difficult.On the basis of the current research status of photovoltaic power station monitoring system,this paper designs a set of small-scale monitoring system acquisition platform which can quickly detect and real-time collect all kinds of data of photovoltaic system,which is convenient for better management of photovoltaic system,realizes the miniaturization and diversification of photovoltaic system,contributes to the rapid application and promotion of photovoltaic system,and is compatible with the acquisition of different Demand.The monitoring system is designed based on AT91RM9200 as the core processor.The design and implementation process of each unit circuit of the monitoring system are mainly discussed,including auxiliary power supply,data acquisition module circuit,CPU signal acquisition board interface circuit,hardware design and related calculation principles.The software aspect is studied to realize that the collector runs LINUX operating system,and can run all kinds of applications loaded on the platform independently without the influence of monitoring center and network failure.Write various interface test programs,such as data object description,device operation information and internal logic process judgment program.Finally,through the test platform built by ourselves,the function of the design monitoring system is verified and the system is debugged relying on the actual project.The test results achieve the desired effect,which fully verifies the feasibility and operability of the design.Compared with the previous equipment,this monitoring system is more suitable for industrial and commercial small-scale power plants,and compatible with a variety of acquisition channels.It provides a new solution for the future expansion of power plants and the diversification of monitoring requirements of equipment.The research results can be applied to data acquisition of small and medium-sized photovoltaic systems,and have broad market application prospects.
