New energy photovoltaic power generation plays an important role in today’s power grids.Real-time monitoring of the health of photovoltaic modules plays an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of photovoltaic power generation systems.This paper analyzes the operating characteristics of photovoltaic systems and photovoltaic cell modules,collects operating data of photovoltaic power stations,and meteorological parameters of the surrounding environment of the power station,and designs a distributed control structure experimental platform for photovoltaic module monitoring systems to complete the health of photovoltaic cell modules.monitor.The output characteristics of the battery model were obtained by analysis,and the P-V characteristic curve was verified to be a parabola with an opening downward in a certain area near the maximum power point.The quadratic curve was fitted by the least square method to accurately obtain the mathematical model near the maximum power point.The simulation analysis of the model verifies that the error between the maximum point and the maximum power point of the fitting curve selected by 30 interpolation points is extremely small,and the response speed is fast.The reference voltage algorithm model can be quickly fixed near the maximum power point,and appropriate sample data can be quickly selected to shorten the data selection time.The monitoring system of distributed structure framework of high-precision measurement module,PLC data processing control unit and WebAccess host computer monitoring platform based on B / S architecture is designed.A voltage acquisition circuit with isolation,a current acquisition circuit based on the principle of a fluxgate,and a temperature measurement module were designed.The fluxgate circuit and the peak detection circuit were plotted and experimentally verified.The system software part is programmed and implemented.It introduces the PLC program design ideas and design methods,configures function modules and makes algorithm calls.The PLC connects with the configuration software WebAccess through the Modbus protocol,and draws the system monitoring interface.The actual test is carried out,and the maximum power tracking accuracy of 99% is obtained by analyzing the experimental results.
