Renewal Strategy Of Urban University Campus Based On School-city Collaborative Innovation

With the comprehensive arrival of the knowledge economy and the era of innovation,the country has further promoted innovation-driven development as a major national development strategy,clarifying the strategic goal of “accelerating the construction of an innovative country”.As an important force for scientific research and innovation,universities gather knowledge,information,and talents,and play an important role in promoting the development of regional innovation.Urban universities located in the center of the city can closely link with the city and play a leading role in urban innovation and economic development.School-city linkage to promote innovation and development has become a research hotspot in management and pedagogy.However,the current status of university campus closure has hindered school-city innovation linkage.However,the related design update research is very lacking,and the theoretical guidance lags behind the actual development needs.Starting from the above practical needs,this paper has gone through the analysis of collaborative innovation related theories and core edge theories to establish an innovation environment;it proposes a targeted update strategy for the analysis and analysis of the functions and spatial layout of existing urban universities.Qualitative research on the development status and development trend of city collaborative innovation,and selecting typical cases;research and analysis of typical types of city,campus campus campus innovation facility distribution,school city innovation space connection,school city external space environment,applied statistical investigation,field investigation Methods and spatial syntax simulation,index evaluation and other quantitative research methods analyze the existing problems;based on the research results,the existing problems of the campus type of university-city collaborative innovation,the need for updating,and the principles of openness,mutual benefit,and dynamic update are proposed..To cope with problems and renewal needs,we propose an update strategy for urban university campuses to respond to the collaborative and innovative development of campuses in terms of both function and space renewal.Function update from the three aspects of technology,culture,and informal innovation network,proposes to complement and improve campus technology innovation facilities through function replacement update,intensive compound addition and other strategies to promote the improvement of school city technology innovation network;through the integration of school city cultural facilities,promote culture Value diffusion,building a cultural industry incubation system,expanding the dimensions of campus collaborative innovation,and promoting the formation of a campus-city cultural innovation network;reshaping the connection between school-city transportation,integrating continuous campus-city landscapes,and providing an informal communication environment to create an open connection between urban university campuses and cities Informal innovation network.From the aspect of spatial layout,the space renewal proposes different optimization strategies for axis-type campus and non-axis-type campus to organize the connection and synergistic growth of school-city space;from the perspective of space interface,by optimizing the sense of envelopment,place and focus of the existing interface Enhance the vitality of innovation space;from the space environment,shape the innovation space atmosphere by transforming pavement,green space,facilities and building facades;from the form of grouping,optimize the connection and site design to ensure the source of innovation by reshaping the introverted grouping.This article initially addresses the necessity and essence of the collaborative innovation development of the school city,and proposes an update strategy for the existing urban university campus to adapt to the changing needs.It is expected to providing certain theoretical and practical guidance for transforming urban research university into innovative universities and for existing campuses to establish a collaborative and innovative functional space system between schools and cities.
