Application Research Of BIM Technology In Forward Design Of Prefabricated Concrete Building

With the rapid development of economy,the construction industry is also developing rapidly,especially the construction industrialization and information technology.Assembly building structure promotes the development of building industrialization,BIM Technology also promotes the development of information technology.However,due to the low popularity of BIM Technology in the assembly building,at the same time,BIM design is only the turnover design,and the building industrialization and informatization are not fully reflected.In order to solve this problem,this paper combines the advantages of BIM Technology,puts forward the application scheme of BIM Technology in the forward design of assembly building,and provides a solution for promoting the forward design of assembly building.The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the research of BIM Technology in the design of prefabricated concrete structure at present,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional design of prefabricated structure,and analyzes the feasibility of BIM Technology in the forward design of prefabricated building from the perspective of theory and practical application.(2)The analysis scheme of building energy saving and energy consumption simulation based on "model sharing" is studied.Based on the comparison and analysis of the existing modeling scheme,the curtain wall modeling scheme based on visual programming design is proposed,and the energy saving and energy consumption analysis are carried out based on the scheme,providing theoretical analysis and modification scheme for the preliminary design of the building.(3)Study the application scheme of structure specialty in BIM design stage.Combined with BIM Technology and structure calculation software,through comparative analysis,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional structure specialty in BIM design process,puts forward the application scheme of BIM Technology in structure specialty,realizes three-dimensional drawing,data sharing and model sharing of structure specialty,and provides new experience and theoretical support for BIM Technology Application in structure specialty.(4)This paper studies the scheme of BIM Technology in the deep design of prefabricated concrete structure.Combined with the actual case of Shanghai Science and technology innovation building,and according to the relevant specifications and technicalregulations,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of BIM Technology Application in the assembly building,and puts forward the application scheme of in-depth design based on the three-dimensional modeling platform.
