With the progress of science and technology.The construction industry has become one of the important pillars of the national economy.But the traditional rough construction mode is no longer suitable for the increasing demand for high-quality construction products in China.China construction industry has entered a stage of high-quality development.And assembly building has entered an era of rise.The birth and development of BIM technology is a turning point in the history of architectural development.A complete BIM model can play an irreplaceable role in the whole life cycle of the building.Can connect the data resource information of all aspects of the process of building design.Construction and operation management,and can be used by each participant of the project.The essence of BIM technology is to bring valuable service system for engineering projects through the application of a series of software,which can timely and accurately reflect the various stages of engineering projects.From visual effects to modes of operation.The new features of BIM technology are often combined with new concepts such as green building,sustainable design,intelligent construction and so on.It makes use of the characteristics of BIM technology,such as building information,life cycle coverage,professional collaborative design and chain collaborative management.It plays a role in all stages of the construction of prefabricated buildings.With the development of prefabricated building,the integration of BIM technolog-y and prefabricated technology has become a hot spot of current architectural design.In This paper,a prefabricated residential project is introduced,which includes the fillin-g of family database and the 3D collaborative design of professional models,the build-ing of BIM platform and information exchange,the construction management and component management in the construction stage.Component deepening and comprehe-nsive optimization in the deepening stage.The application methods and characteristics of BIM technology in this project are expounded,such as the establishment of three-di-mensional model,the design of components,the design of green buildings and so on.Progress simulation and site management can effectively control the construction mean-s to achieve the purpose of accurate time limit budget,in the deepening stage through the deepening of the model and pipeline collision,design audit and timely communicat-ion and coordination,so as to ensure the safety of construction.O that the construction design can be effectively and reasonably integrated.Through the application and analysis of BIM technology in this project,the follo-wing conclusions are drawn: BIM technology has a positive role in promoting the pro-motion and development of prefabricated buildings.It can not only standardize the con-struction site and efficient structural design,but also provide an efficient communicati-on platform for many parties to analyze and summarize the feasibility and popularizati-on of its actual operation.The social benefit and economic value of the specific applica-tion of information architecture concept in industrialized residential projects are analy-zed,which provides reference value for the development and promotion of BIM techn-ology in China.Figure:thirty-two,table:eight,reference:sixty...
