In recent years,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,with its advantages of visualization and optimization throughout the entire life cycle of the project,has received widespread attention from construction industry practitioners and once again set off a technological revolution in the construction industry.However,currently in most architectural engineering design institutes,designers are still mainly based on the Auto CAD platform,supplemented by Tianzheng,Hongye and other plug-ins for design work,and the application of BIM technology is still mostly in the "overmolding" design stage.Not only is it difficult to produce considerable economic benefits,but it will also increase the workload of the building designers.The positive design based on BIM can improve efficiency and reduce production capacity,and completely explode all the productivity of BIM technology.This article uses the widely used Revit software in the engineering design industry,Hongye BIMSpace plug-in,combined with specific engineering examples,to carry out research on the application of BIM positive design in building water supply and drainage.The main research work is as follows:(1)Starting from the relevant theories of BIM technology,elaborate the difficulties of the current BIM forward design,analyze the superiority of applying BIM forward design technology to the field of water supply and drainage design in construction engineering,and on this basis,propose the BIM forward Design method,in-depth study of the application points of BIM forward design in different stages of water supply and drainage design of construction projects,and provide method basis for the application of BIM forward design technology in water supply and drainage design of construction projects.(2)In order to improve the efficiency of BIM forward design of building water supply and drainage,this paper puts forward the modular design concept of fire pump house based on BIM,selects the office building as the research object,classifies,summarizes and summarizes the fire pump house,and divides different types of sizesThe module is parametrically modeled and used in the forward design of BIM building water supply and drainage.(3)Combining specific examples of office building engineering,BIM forward design and "CAD + mold overturning" design are used to carry out water supply and drainage design of the building.The design results,completion efficiency and other dimensions are compared to verify the use of BIM forward Design method for the superiority of building water supply and drainage design,verify the efficiency of the modular design method of the fire pump room in the BIM forward design of building water supply and drainage,and record the problems that occur in the design process,and provide solutions for BIM It is providing reference for the development of design technology application.
